OUR DRIVEWAY TURNED OUT TO BE SIGNIFICANTLY TOO NARROW FOR THE SIDELOAD GARAGE! -THEY FORGOT ABOUT THE TWO FOOT EASEMENT ALONG THE PROPERTY -SAID THAT IS WAS OK BECAUSE IT WAS APPROXIMATELY WHAT THEY HAD "SOLD " US PER PLOT PLAN. DID NOT DISCLOSE THAT OUR ENTIRE BACKYARD WAS A DRAINAGE EASEMENT - ACTUALLY SHOWED US A BOGUS PLOT PLAN DURING PRE-BUILD. THEY CLOSED ON OUR PROPERTY WHEN IT NEEDED A HUGE AMOUNT OF WORK TO BE DONE. ENTIRE WOOD FLOOR NEEDED TO BE REPLACED.,ETC. WE HAVE BEEN BARRAGED WITH CONTRACTORS FOR AN ENTIRE YEAR AND STILL NOT FINISHED. BASEMENT HAS 8 CRACKS THAT ARE LEAKING. WE HAVE BEEN MISLEAD AND LIED TO THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS.
