The servicemen were right on time. They evaluated the age and wear of the current opener, sprayed the wheels and tightened a chain, and replaced a pair of sensors for a newer pair. It took less than 20 minutes.

Bob and another employee arrived promptly.  Bob quickly found that the window frame above the garage needed sealed.  Then he checked the gutters and found that some of them were clogged so he cleaned them out.  Bob and his employee were thorough, professional and really knew what they were doing.  I'd definitely call JJMC Services again.

I have used JJMC three times and each time I become increasingly mpressed by their responsiveness, honesty, and very fair pricing. I recommend them to anyone.

The owner and son came to work on one of the coldest days of the year. I offered them a warm drink which they refused but got straight to work. They worked for about 3 or so hours to replace both garage doors and connect the garage door mechanism mechanism to the new doors. When they were done, they took time to explain how things worked, so I understood. The only downside was I was originally told that they would start late morning and they didn't arrive until 1, but communication was routed through my husband and a lot of the delay was due to the weather.

They were very efficient and wonderful. They're a family owned business. They went above and beyond for us.

Our garage door wasn't functioning properly. JJMC was referred by a friend and when I called them they were going to try to fit us in the same day. I told them I couldn't and they were able to come the next morning. Very friendly owner. Very courteous and knowledgeable. He repaired our eye beam piece, then noticed there was another problem with the original installation. He didn't have to fix it, but he stayed an extra 45 minutes and took care of it. His price was extremely reasonable. We would definitely use their services again.

It is a family-owned business and they are very conscientious. It is the owner who actually comes out and does the work. They are just very polite and make you feel like they are going to take care of your problems, no matter what. The quality of their work is excellent and the price is unbelievable because it is so reasonable. We have been using them probably since 1995 and they have been on time, every time. They are always on time, and they will call you if there is a problem.

I needed a new roof put on my garage, and new windows installed in my 1940's brick cape cod. I had several estimates, but went with Bob Clark's company for the work because he had installed windows and siding on several of my neighbors homes (he lives within a stones throw of my own home) and I was very impressed with the work. The price was slightly lower than the other companies, but not and quot;too low.and quot;

Bob came through with his son and measured everything, then faxed two seperate estimates, one for the windows and one for the garage. I already knew what windows I wanted, and as for the garage roof, I just wanted it to be the same color and style as the house.

I paid him a down payment of about 40%, and he was able to start work within a week of the down payment.

The roof was a perfect match, and aside from looking brand new, you can't tell it was done at a different time and a different company than the house roof.

He and his crew cleaned up all the debris and I never found a stray roofing nail or peice of glass anywhere around the work site. They also did the work in about two or three working days.

His crew were all incredibly professonal and friendly -- no day laborers or sketchy random dudes. I think they might actually all be his extended family. I have no complaints. I will return to them if I need any more exterior work done.

I damaged the garage door with my car. I had my insurance company come and provide me with payment for replacement of the door. I obtained several quotes for replacing the door and chose JJMC based upon their reputation, quality record and price. I was able to have them replace the entire door and opening system with the insurance money and all I had to do was paint the door myself. JJMC delivered the door in sections allowing me to paint the door easily on an elevated surface in my garage. JJMC then came and installed everything in less than one day. They fully explained how to operate the new door, and they even re-programmed the opener button in my car for me. A great company which I would highly recommend to anyone!

They were wonderful to work with. I called them at 3:00 Wednesday when I discovered the broken garage door spring. They were not able to come out immediately (which was not a problem for me); however, they arrived at 8:00 Thursday morning and were done by 8:30. They were very professional, helpful, and friendly.
