Concrete Repair
J.J. did some concrete work for us in the early 1990s and did a great job, so I called him to quote those job. We wanted somebody to reseal the asphalt after doing the concrete work, and this isn't something that J.J. does so we hired somebody else. He did give a fair price for just the concrete work.

JULY 1990, INSTALLED CONCRETE PATIO. PROBLEMS INCLUDE PATIO BUTTS AGAINST WOOD SIDING OF HOUSE, DROP-OFF TO YARD, HIGHER THAN BASEMENT WINDOW WELL, 2 STEPS ARE DIFFERENT HEIGHT, CHARGED HIGHER THAN QUOTE, STAMPED HIS NAME IN PATIO, LOW SPOT LEFT.
