Jim’s Trim Shop lived up to their stellar reputation on this job. The work was perfect in every way! Color match, workmanship, and installation on the front left and right electrical seats were perfect. Volvo C30s did not have a leather seat option at the time I purchased the car new. I have had many, many compliments on the workmanship.

They did a excellent job on the installiation. The new liner  material is a better quality then the original factory installed one and looks great.

It looks brand new as Shirley said it would. She also gave me tips on cleaning and protecting the dashboard which I need to do, but have forgotten until now. I had gotten another estimate to only patch the seat and it was twice as much. I would strongly recommend them. But you must call and ask directions or you will never find them.

They had just done work on another 1 of my cars. So dropped this off when picking up the first one. Left the car for 2 days (had to order materials. One panel was damaged and an adjacent one was showing wear, so they replaced both for the price quoted for the one. Picked up the car on the third day.

Well. Was done in the time and price range quoted, even though it was more work than anticipated.

This is truly a mom and pop shop, with mom, dad and son working there. It isn't a fancy-schmancy place, but they're as honest as the day is long and very careful to explain the costs, fabrics and time frames so you know what to expect. They seem to replace a lot of import tops including Porsches (they'd done a 911 the week before I came in) and knew what they were talking about. I paid a down payment of about half the cost and they ordered the new rag top and set a date to start on the 3-day project. I left the car there on the appointed day and they ensured me that they would keep it indoors and locked up for the duration. I talked each day with them to see how it was going and they were as nice as could be. The new top looks perfect and is so much nicer than the worn out top it replaced--and at about one-third the cost that a factory top could cost from the dealer. He also lubricated the frame, saying mine was pretty dried out. It was pretty tight at first, and I'd have to push it forward that last little bit after the motor finishes to engage the latch when closing it. Now it lines up fine just like the old one did. I think they give a 1-year guarantee, but they seemed to indicate that they'd make adjustments as needed within a reasonable time. It's been on 2 months now and I haven't had any issues with it so far.

I contacted the company by phone and was quoted a general estimate for the work. I then took the car to the facility and was given an exact price (which was less than the phone estimate). I left the seat in the morning and the repair was finished the same afternoon. The repairs were made by replacing panels of the seat with new fabric. The new fabric was an exact match to the original material (the car is 10 years old). I was very pleased with the quality of work and highly recommend them.

Very friendly and helpful. After starting the work, an additional section of seat was found that needed replaced. They found matching fabric, and replaced this section at the original quote.
