I called Jessie, described the problem and texted him a photo of the unit, as he requested. He got me into his schedule that afternoon, diagnosed the problem and fixed it for a very reasonable price.

We engaged Jessie because we had 2 different recommendations to hire him. He has been a joy to have in our home. He has a great attitude and is courteous, with a little bit of lighthearted humor mixed in. He did a good job working into our timeline in the first phase and I have full confidence he will finish the final plumbing elements well when the project is ready. Jessie has answered all my questions satisfactorily and he even know the builder of our home just by looking at the floor plan and exterior (because he was part of building our neighborhood several decades ago). This guys knows his stuff - I highly recommend him.
