Frank painted a few interior rooms in our house and was prompt, quick, and clean. The exterior job started off well, but the expected 2-3 weeks took 7-1/2. Only 1 week was lost to weather. Frank "hires" homeless guys, comes with assorted risks. He replaced all cracked glass and reglazed some windows. Severely scratched 36 (14 replaced) panes by using an orbital sander on the glazing. Left 2 concrete porches a mess (not in the quote) by using solvent & wire brush to remove paint drips. Wanted additional $ to paint these floors and thought he could prime over concrete sealer (can't). He painted the windows last and worked from the bottom up (3 stories), opposite of plan. Wanted a "bonus" of $2,000 at the end for extra primer. We agreed to 3 +s to quote yet this talkative guy didn't mention the extra primer until the end. We did not pay the "bonus". Painful experience. He can paint, but don't let him near your windows. Won't recommend.
