I know I chose the right home for my family at a fair price because of Jeff Riegler's knowledge and experience guiding me every step of the way. There were two homes that I made offers on before finding the one I ultimately purchased. When making offers, Jeff told me all of the facts that helped me make decisions about counter offers. He did a market analysis, comparing similar homes in the neighborhood that recently sold so I would be sure not to overpay for a home. His background in architecture helped him to be able to point out structural repairs that may be needed on homes. His experience in real estate allowed him to be able to speak about what would be difficult or easy repairs needed in the home and about the value of the homes' upgrades. He was great at presenting the factors to consider on each home and ultimately letting me decide which were important to me. Signing paperwork while making an offer was easy. I did not have to meet him in person to sign papers. He was able to send documents electronically for me to sign. for example, I sat at my daughters swim meet and signed documents from my iPhone for counteroffers. After I was in contract with my current home he helped me find a home inspector and was in contact with the lender to make sure I was informed of all the steps of closing. The home I decided upon needed some repairs and updating. I decided neighborhood and size of the home at a lower price was more important and the updating could be done over time. After closing, Jeff has followed up with me and I have called him for advice about some home repairs and improvements that I knew I'd have to do. He has done all he could to give me contacts of people he knows who could help me with my projects. Jeff Riegler personalized my home search to fit the needs of my family and I am very happy with my home purchase experience with him.
As a military service member that lives outside of the state from where my home was located, it was vital that I had an honest and dedicated realtor that I could trust to take on the task of selling my home, not only because I was unable to constantly monitor the process but also because of the terrible housing market and the urgency to relieve myself of such a financial burden of maintaining a home from hundreds of miles away. Jeff Reigler was not only honest and trustworthy but also extremely dedicated and determined to get my home sold and he did so without us ever having met face to face from the beginning through the end of sale.
Jeff remained in constant communication with me on the status of viewings and responses from potential buyers throughout the entire process. I never had to check on the status of things or wonder what was going on. He also handled the tedious job of screening and hiring repairmen when needed. I had previously lost trust in people and other realtors due to their lack of professionalism and follow thru and from being taken advantage of because I lived out of state. You can have complete faith in Jeff to work on your behalf, get your home sold and know that he will have your best interest at heart. I can?t thank Jeff enough and am so relieved to finally have sold my home.
