+ -1 moreWE SET UP FOR FIREWOOD DELIVERY ON A SATURDAY, AND WHEN THE DAY CAME, NO DELIVERY. WE CALLED HIM ON SATURDAY AND RECEIVED HIS VOICE MAIL, WE LEFT A MESSAGE AND HEARD NOTHING BACK. WE CALLED AGAIN ON SUNDAY AND GOT A HOLD OF HIM. HE SAID HE WOULD BE OUT THAT DAY TO DELIVER OUR WOOD. AGAIN, NO DELIVERY. WE CALLED AGAIN AND LEFT A MESSAGE ASKING WHAT WE COULD DO TO SET UP A DELIVERY DATE, HE NEVER CALLED BACK AGAIN. HIS AD MADE HIS WOOD SOUND PERFECT. WE HAD SEVERAL BAD EXPERIENCES WITH WOOD IN THE PAST. THAT'S WHY WE WERE SO PERSISTENT. WE FEEL WE DID OUR BEST AS A CONSUMER. JEFF HAINES IS A POOR BUSINESS OWNER, AND WE WANT OTHER LIST MEMBERS TO KNOW THIS. DON'T CALL THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!
