They do very good work. The woman I worked with I had worked with before at another store. Shes very cordial, on time and remembers who you are. She was very helpful in picking things out.

It was a very good experience overall. They came to my house & helped me choose the material I wanted from a book of samples that they had brought with them. I like the final project very well & it looks really good! People have come in my house & commented on how nice they look & how well they go along with my color scheme. As far as price goes, I got it on sale & it was still more than I had expected. I would give them a B for pricing & everything else I would give an A grade for & I would use them again in the future.

I went in for an eyebrow wax without knowing any of the stylists or aestheticians, but the woman that worked on me wouldn't listen to me. She was using a method called threading and it hurt and she was pulling too much of my eyebrows out so I got up and walked out to the front desk and was going to leave, but patty came to my rescue and saved my eyebrows. I have been going in to the JC Penny salon ever since. I have sensitive skin on my brow line that has been burned and peeled before by other people, but Patty always does a great job. She is personable and friendly and the price at the salon is comparable to other salons and way cheaper than spas...I would recommend Patty to anyone for an eyebrow wax!

The gentleman did a precise job in preparing the template for a window blind. Penny's subcontracts this person.

The installer started late; installed traverse rods (we DID NOT order); installed the wrong number of brackets over each window & gouged our plaster moldings; the rods were not level & he left sawdust everywhere. Days later, Kelli returned to our house without our order & no memory of it. She said she would talk to her boss & call me back. When she called, she had not talked to her boss; she argued with me & told me she would talk to her boss & call me back (again). Days later, she called & said to give us what we wanted, we owed them another $400! We called the regional manager; he admitted that our purchase agreement did not state we ordered traverse rods, but he still wanted the $400! After weeks of negotiation, we agreed to pay another $100 to get it over with. After signing the amended contract, we never heard from Kelli again. Then they sent out the SAME installer to fix everything! The whole saga lasted 5 months.

THEY ARE ALWAYS THERE IF YOU NEED SOMETHING, THEY FIT YOU IN AND EVERYONE IS NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. ITS A NICE AND ACCOMMODATING SALON.
