Concrete Repair
WHAT BOTHERED ME THE MOST IS THAT EVERY DAY HE ASKED FOR PARTIAL CASH PAYMENTS. THE COST STARTED AT $450 AND ENDED AT $600. HE CLAIMED THE CONCRETE WAS THICKER THAN HE THOUGHT SO HE CHARGED MORE.
