JACK'S FENCING

I called Jack on a Wednesday to ask for an estimate to remove a large DIY gate from previous homeowners that went into the yard and then run new chain link fabric and top rail along the whole front section of our rental property.  Within a few hours Jack was on site to look over the job and said he would call me with an estimate. Within another few hours he called me with a quote which I thought about the rest of the day and called him that afternoon to accept the bid. He told me he could do the job the following week.
Thursday I received a call from Jack stating that he could actually fit me in on Friday morning. He showed up with one worker on time Friday morning and got right to work. Within a few hours the job was finished everything was cleaned up and all the old fencing etc. was hauled away.  He provided me with a professional receipt when I paid him. I was very happy with his work and glad that I found someone who was willing to work within a reasonable budget. He made sure to explain to me upfront about a few issues that I would have when the job was complete due to me not wanting to replace all the line posts.
The price above included all the materials which were of higher quality than what was originally there. Very sturdy top rail and thicker webbing. My price for materials had we done it ourselves would have been about $190, so I was very pleased with the price.
The only reason I gave Jack a B in professionalism was because his personality may not be for everyone. He is a straight shooter who likes to joke around. I personally had no problem with him as I found him somewhat entertaining. He's just a down to earth honest person who works for a living. Don't let his personality fool you. He is licensed, insured, and listed with the BBB, and does a good job for a reasonable price within a reasonable time frame. I would have no problem hiring him again.

THEY DO VERY GOOD WORK, BUT YOU GET AN ANSWERING MACHINE AND THEY DON'T CALL BACK. THE ANSWERING MACHINE SOUNDS LIKE A RESIDENCE RATHER THAN A BUSINESS.
