I had a very good experience at JC Penny and my stylist was great. They were very pleasant and professional. Their pricing was good and it was equal to anyone else in the city. They also accept walk-ins. The stylist was willing to do whatever I wanted.

I get my hair cut, colored and styled by them. They do a good job. I rate them highly.

The job went perfectly! Robin made the process very simple. I had recently purchased my home which had custom blinds throughout half of the house. I wanted to finish the job. Robin measured all remaining windows and brought several samples to find the perfect color to match the existing blinds. As well as several samples to help me choose what I wanted to do in my kitchen. I purchased one vertical blind, one 2'' wood blind (34 1/2 '' by 32'')and five 2'' faux wood blinds (34 1/2 '' by approx. 76''). Robin was very professional and extremely helpful. She is truly an interior decorator. JC Penny was also having a sale that week on custom blind orders. I did not know of the sale, yet she mentioned it and gave me the discount. I highly recommend Robin for all your custom blinds! The installer who came to hang the blinds was very professional and had been in the business for over 30 years!

THE PHOTOGRAPHER DID A NICE JOB OF TAKING THE PICTURES, HOWEVER, SHE WAS THE ONLY EMPLOYEE WORKING IN THE STUDIO. THIS MADE OUR TIME THERE VERY LENGTHY AS SHE HAD TO INTERRUPT TO ANSWER PHONES, HELP CUSTOMERS PICKING UP PICTURES, AND THOSE COMING IN TO BE PHOTOGRAPHED. ALSO THE QUALITY OF THE COMPUTER IMAGES USED TO SELECT YOUR FINAL PRINTS IS VERY GRAINY, AND DIFFICULT TO REALLY GET AN IDEA OF WHAT YOUR PHOTOS LOOK LIKE.

THE PRICE IS GOOD

EXCELLENT WORK, THE ATTENTION TO DETAIL and QUALITY WAS APPRECIATED. THEY MEASURED 3 TIMES BEFORE MAKING THE WINDOW TREATMENTS, THIS WAS ALL CUSTOM WORK.
