Great, hard working crew. Roman was excellent to deal with when doing the estimate and the job itself. Very pleased with the work and the price. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

I stopped them as they were pulling up to drop off something from my neighbor.  They gave me an estimate which was really good because they had no work to do at that time and happened to have all the equipment to do it with them.  They came in, ground the stumps, made the areas presentable and left.  Great job.

Job went well and was done very quickly. They were very careful not to cause any damage to a beautiful red maple tree below the tree they were working on.

Excellent. One tree was between my house and my neighbors. They took it down a piece at a time so that nothing was harmed.

They arrived promptly on time. Actually, they were a day early, since the designated day was forecast for rain. They performed professionally, felling the trees, cutting and stacking the firewood where we asked them to put it, and disposing of the branches/brush in their 16and quot; chipper. The chipper at one point jammed, and it took them over an hour to unjam it. However, they worked hard and diligently, all the more admirable because it was blistering hot outside. The foreman/owner, Tom, did a great job of running the crew, and each of them was very polite. The branches were chipped, the leaves raked up, and each of the stumps was ground down to dirl level - all part of the price. We were VERY satisfied with their work. When it was over, they did an awesome job of cleaning up. The yard looked great - minus about 25 trees though.

Had initially contacted another company who gave us a similar price quote and we planned to proceed with them based on a friend's recommendation. They said they would call back to schedule the service but never did so we went with It's An Art Tree service. They were able to schedule the removal the next week. They actually came 2 days early because they had a more experienced worker available that day and apparently this tree was a really hard job. Four or five men worked from 8:30 am - 6:00 pm to complete the job. There was only minimal damage to my lawn from the weight of the fallen limbs and clean up was good. This service also previously trimmed trees for us and did an excellent job as well. We were very pleased with the work and will use them again in the future.

They were able to drop the shorter tree across the property and cut it on the ground. The taller tree required cutting limbs and the trunk from within the tree. Each branch was cut while restrained by rope and lowered to the ground to avoid hitting the roof or landscape below. Branches were laid on the ground below to protect the lawn from compaction by logs. They ground the stumps below grade and removed all debris. The yard was cleaner after they were done than when they arrived. The company owner was present throughout the work and directed the crew, all of whom were courteous and very professional.

They are a drive around company who comes to your house as they are in the area doing other jobs..That is how I was contacted. Contacted me on a Friday afternoon and performed the Job Saturday morning I was extremely pleased with their associates that performed the job. Everything done on time and cleaned up.

Overall the work they did was good, but the communication and proffesionalism was not there. There price was very competitiive (nearly $300 less than other quote) and ultimately the reason I chose them. I knew going in that they were not the most proffesional group. They were willing to do the work right away after the estimate, but I waited 3-4 weeks to call them back and make my decision. There was never a formal written quote of the work requested and they did not give me a specific date and time that they were going to do the work. I came home from work one day they were there cutting down a tree in the back yard that I did not intend for them to cut down. We did discuss during the estimate that the tree was dying and eventually would need to be removed, but it was not something I intended for them to cut. I closely supervised the rest of there work and talked them into removing two overgrown shrubs free of charge. All and all the work they did was fine, but the communication and proffesionalism was terrible. In the end though I saved atleast $300 and had more work done than orginally quoted.

CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY. DID GOOD WORK. CLEANED UP THEIR MESS. FRIENDLY.
