About us
My mission is to create aesthetically pleasing and functionally useful outdoor spaces that satisfy the needs of the customer while preserving the integrity, stability and beauty of the biotic community. I work with several contractors to provide quality landscape services that exceed our customer’s expectations through creative Design/Build innovations and outstanding Landscape/Horticultural practices. Inspirations Landscape Design is committed to sustainable practices and encourages the use of native plants, the reduction of high input landscape elements, and water conserving techniques. I am a member of the Ohio Nursery and Landscapers Association (ONLA), the Association of Professional Landscape Designers (APLD), and the American Horticultural Society (AHS). I have degrees in Biology/Biochemistry and Landscape Design. I have experience designing residential landscapes, schoolyard gardens, rain gardens, vegetable gardens, and habitat gardens. I also have experience organizing and leading community members to build and maintain school gardens.

We had a ton of overgrown weed-trees and bushes that were removed along with heavy tree pruning and our fence was replaced with a built-on-site, painted-in-the-shop fence that looks great and functions well. Denise acted as general contractor, consultant, plant expert and planter throughout the entire project and made sure everything happened on schedule. We ended up doing 3 of the 5 parts of the full plan this year and will contract with Inspirations Landscape Design in the spring to complete the plan. It's beautiful! Thanks Denise!
