They did a very good job with cleaning the house. I have taken their service in multiple instances. They had arrived promptly, completed the work on time and was courteous. Setting up an appt was easy and they were responsive throughout the process. Would certainly recommend them!!

We bought an $89 deal for 6 hours cleaning.  After that we had them come every week for a while then we went down to every other week and then recently we stopped. We’ve got some specific kitchen requirements where we keep meat and dairy completely separate. So the first couple of times they came we went through that with them. So what we do is we put numbers with them and then we have two separate sponges so when they clean they use one sponge for dairy stuff and one sponge for meat stuff.  We were very happy, the only reason why we stopped was because out finances was in a mess.

First, let me say that this was my first time hiring a cleaning service for my home so I wasn't quite sure what to expect, but after this experience I will most likely never hire someone to clean my house again.....
I found Ines Housecleaning here on Angie's list and read some mixed reviews. Most of the negative ones were due to responsiveness and the positive ones stated that they were satisfied with the quality of the service. I figured I would give it a try since it seemed like such a great deal, $69 for 4hrs of cleaning.
After I bought the deal I was able to include in my purchase my contact info and the days that worked best for me to schedule service. I purchased over the weekend and requested Monday or Tuesday of that week, even though I knew it was far fetched, but wanted it done asap. I was not contacted by anyone until 7pm Tuesday evening. I figured it was not a big deal since I'm sure they had other scheduled appts and a business to run. Ines contacted me via email asking if there were any other days that worked for me. I asked if she was free Wednesday or Thursday. I did not hear back again until Thursday night:( Needless to say this went on for several more days until I finally asked if she had a number I could call her at to finally schedule a date as it took 48hrs for her to respond to each email! So a week and a half after I purchased the deal the day had finally arrived for my service.....I know it really wasn't that long of a wait, but I wanted my house cleaned ASAP and if she had just told me in the beginning that she was booked until a certain date I would have understood.
Day of service: Keep in mind I was already frustrated by the terrible communication on their part, but never voiced it or was unpleasant in any way. Ines was scheduled to come at noon which was perfect as my kids were at school and I had an appointment at one. I figured I would get her all set then go about my day. Wrong. She was 45 minutes late:( I even called her to ask if she was still coming in a very nice tone and waiting somewhat patiently. When she finally showed up I was surprised to see so many staff with her. I thought "this is a good sign, they are going to be so thorough" . As soon as she walked in she told me that each one of them counted for 1hr so instead of 4hrs of cleaning I would get one! I was dumbfounded! She got there at 12:50 and said they would leave at 1:50 and just started going through my house without even asking if there was anything specific I wanted to focus on or anything. I was speechless, but I had no time to try and make sense of it all as I was late for an appointment.
When I got home a few hours later, they were of course gone. I really didn't know what to expect walking through my door....I was pleasantly surprised that the house looked good and smelled good! I started to think that maybe all of the hassle was worth it! I was so very wrong.....
Upon closer inspection I noticed that my kitchen blinds looked crooked. They must have been attempting to clean them, but broke the string on one side that holds each blind in place:( I thought ok, I will just remove them before my husband gets home and says I told  you so, I'd been wanting new ones anyways. The picture is just of my bare kitchen window as I already had put it in our outside trash can.
Next, I noticed a piece of trim missing between my pantry and kitchen counter. They must have been in such a rush or cleaning so abrasively that the wood piece was actually pushed all the way in and I had to come up with a creative way to fish it out and put it back in place. You will see in the picture that I had managed to wedge it back it somewhat straight.
The icing on the cake was when I discovered why my house smelled so good...They had unplugged one of my oil plug in air fresheners and plugged it back in upside down! The oil had leaked down my wall, onto the baseboard and into my carpet!!!
After all of this, I thought I could still just let it go. Until today. I was giving my son a bath in the kids bathroom and noticed that a chunk of the toilet lid was broken off. I found the pieces on the floor next to the toilet. I checked with my husband first to make sure he hadn't done it and my older son and they had no idea what I was talking about. My youngest is never in the bathroom alone. Something hard must have banged it and the only time my eldest is in there is to get in the shower and there's no way that his body bumping it could do that (its on the side closest to the shower). To say that I am livid is an understatement. I just installed this toilet, myself mind you, a year and a half ago and it is an expensive one piece toilet that was extremely heavy, but I wanted it for the kids because I figured it would be easier to keep clean. This is what put me over the edge.
If this company was to busy to clean my house they should have just said so instead of ripping me off time wise and destroying my house:(

I've never had a cleaner house. I was amazed how the floors were scrubbed clean, the kitchen spotless (I'm hesitant to use it now!), and the bathrooms are great. They cleaned behind everything, moved everything, swept very thoroughly and were very professional. I will be recommending them to my friends too.
The only glitch was a mixup on dates. Be sure to get them to text you the date you agree on.

I am so grateful for their help.  I had postponed the service for 3 months because I didn't think it was possible to get my basement back in order after a flood, but they were amazing.  Four helpers put the basement back together in one hour.  It was a miracle.  I am so happy.  I met with Ines for 20 minutes before the rest came in to work and we set a plan. We negotiated a plan.  She was so flexible and sweet.  The basement was a crazy mess and she was kind about it.  Such a blessing to me and  our family.  Definitely a great buy.  I highly recommend their services.

Although I had some initial troubles getting on Ines' schedule at the beginning, once Ines and her staff arrived, it was more than worth the wait!  Before she was about to look at the disaster that was my basement, I jokingly made her promise that she wouldn't run away.  My basement runs the full circumference of my house and had been neglected for nearly two years...  accumulating empty boxes, boxes filled with out-grown baby clothes, sporting equipment, Christmas decor, toys, etc, etc, etc.  I told Ines that if she could somehow just get 50% of it cleaned out and organized, that I would be thrilled.
She fearlessly asked me a few questions as to where I would like things to go and then began instructing her crew.  They immediately got to work.  She came upstairs to ask me a question about 45 minutes into the job.  When I came down into the basement, I couldn't believe my eyes.  They had already completed 50% of the basement and she said she would get the entire thing done.  I didn't even have any answers for where I wanted things to go because I never imagined them getting so much done!  At that point, I just told Ines that I trusted her judgement and to arrange it like she would if it were her own.  After 1.5 hrs (a total of 4.5 total man-hours - even though I was only charged for 4), my entire basement was transformed.  When my wife came home to do a walk through, her jaw hit the floor.  I'm trying not to exaggerate, but it was truly a spectacular job.
After completion, Ines said that they were happy to assist with any future jobs.  I said that my next project would be my garage, which I also has neglected for 2 years, without any type of spring-cleaning cleanout, etc.  The garage was very dirty and also had a lot of tools, appliances, camping gear, etc.  She looked things over and told me that they could probably knock it out in 45 minutes.  We negotiated a fair price, and just like that, every item was removed from my garage... swept out, hosed out, and rearranged in much better order than I had it in.
I would surely call on Ines again and will be looking into using her general housecleaning services, in the future.
