Jewelry Sales/Design/Repair
Manager was very friendly, helpful and very low-pressure. So many of the other places we looked really pushed hard to get us to buy right then. We felt free to take as much time as we needed here. Also, the diamonds were of very good quality and value(equivalent to internet prices). Especially appreciated having access to stones with a pedigree(country of origin). The one snag was that everything ran late, stones that were ordered in showed up several days later than initially indicated and the ring (already paid for) took nearly 3 weeks longer to pick up than initially promised. Still, we got a beautiful ring and a gorgeous stone.
