Huntington Bank - Mortgage

I was referred to Matt Cotter of Huntington Banks' Mortgage division by a personal fried that works directly in the homebuilding industry and I can't say enough about the absolutely amazing standard of service that he provided. Our first meeting immediately provided me with a detailed education and an approval range to work within in finding a new home. After a few weeks, when we found a home that we wanted to make an offer on, he worked seamlessly with our realtor and got the wheels turning on his end. As minor problems arose, he was always available.... and I mean always. He left for a vacation, he made himself available to get it worked out right away. On a golf course for a charity event, he made time in the middle of the round to get issues handled. At the closing, he made sure that office staff world be available to handle any issues that may arise at the last minute... for my closing at 6:30pm on a Friday. All of this service not for a 500k mortgage, but an mortgage under 100k. I simply can express how totally impressed I was with the level of service and professionalism that I received from Matt, and I highly recommend him.
