Horrible-Incompetent and Negligent... Strong language? Read on. We dropped our CRV off at Hugh White Honda Sunday Afternoon(closed)11 /29/20 .We get a call from Steve the next morning advising us that the only outside door lock on this model was jimmied.The battery was dead and a locksmith had to be called in.We pay the $150.00 locksmith fee and the work proceeds.Steve calls us later that afternoon and says the battery needs replaced but the charging system is O.K. .We have the battery replaced and pick it up the next morning.At no time did Steve address the repair or replacement of the door lock. Six days later ,the new battery is dead in our garage.We jump it and go to another Honda dealer. The jimmied lock caused a electrical short circuit that drained the battery dry.They fix the problem that stumped Hugh White Honda The Honda service advisor and Honda mechanic need remedial instruction.They did not correct the problem .They "corrected" the problem with a new battery which gave a quick fix.If you can't figure out what is causing a problem don't you try to find out? ............. What if you are in a remote area at night in winter and the temperature is dropping fast and you can't enter your car and your phone has no juice to call for help?No shelter-good luck.

Experience went very well. I've been going to Hugh White since 2005 and always had a positive experience with them. They perform regular maintenance and repair work too (major and minor). I will definitely return if / when there is a need.

I bought my car there eleven years ago, and whenever the letters and numbers pop up for maintenance, I take it in and get it done. I got 208,00, on an CRV, and they keep it running beautifully. They get a A+ for everything, or I wouldn't keep going back. I even complained about things that were wrong, and they told me I was wrong, and there was nothing wrong with the car.

I have a Honda and I don’t really have any repairs or anything. I get the oil changes and all service done through the dealer. Service was good, just got the oil changed. It’s not under warranty and not as cheap as I like. I think it was like $70 because they used some kind of fancy oil and I believe that they rotated the tires too. For pricing, I guess I'd have to give them an A because I went somewhere else and it was a lot more expensive.

I have been going to them for 10 years. I will continue to go to them as long as we have the Honda vehicle. The overall experience, communication and quality is what keeps me coming back. The scheduling is easy if I do call. but with the newer vehicles they have even contacted me to remind me that it is time to have things done.

They are reputable and they've always repaired anything under warranty it gets fixed. If it's not under warranty, their prices seem to be fair. They are timely, as far as not waiting to get something done. We've always had good luck with them. We've bought a couple vehicles. They stand by their vehicles.

They're an excellent provider. They have been very good to us and very efficient. I have used them so many times. I'm not real satisfied with that work though. It's an after-market part. It has no bearing on the service, it's just an after-market and it rattles.

I go to the dealer every time. It's average pricing; I wouldn't call it good price. The overall experience is good. I've always had good service from them.

I have some coupons I took in there. The service guy was very good, I liked him. They really aren't much less than any of those, or I would look for someone else. I am very particular if I don't get A quality service, then I don't do business with them.

Very well. The work I had done may not have been covered by the warranty -- it was unclear whether a setting broke by itself, or whether a bump to the car caused it. I assumed that they would charge me, as very few companies will not charge you if they can get away with charging you. They did NOT charge me. They did the work very efficiently, were friendly, and, overall, the experience was very positive. I highly recommend this dealership. Several years ago, I had service done on my Honda at another Honda dealership (in Northwest Columbus). It was a terrible experience -- they overcharged me and didn't really fix the problem. I will deal only with Hugh White for service and for purchase of cars.

It's cheaper than Valvoline and Jiffy Lube. Since I have routine service done, I'm in and out within an hour. I make an appointment and I wait in the waiting room and they come and tell me when it's done and generally it doesn't run over an hour. They have TVs, they have vending machines, they have restrooms and it's attached to the showroom so if I want to go look at the cars, I can while I'm waiting. I keep going to them because of their good service in the past and I get Honda products when I go there for an oil change, and I get the fast graded oil and they change it.

It was a good experience except for the salesman. The salesman was typical because they tried to jack me up on the price. My wife had gotten the internet price so we stuck with the internet price which was less than what he tried to quote us. They had running boards on it and then they said that that wasn't included on the initial price so I told them to take them off then because we were paying the price that we were quoted.

I like that it is close by and that I can get in easily. Well I'm retired so time doesn't matter a whole lot but they are friendly. They seem to do a very good job or checking the car over to see if there are any problems with it and I think my car is so good that it doesn't have many problems. I put so little money in it in the 18 years I've had it, so, part of it is that I think I like the car. as well as the people that work on it. I didn't buy it there I bought from some place else. Another Honda dealer. because this one wasn't out here in that time. I've had to got back, I guess I've not had any problems with them. Lets put it that way. So I guess I go with an A, and they've always been punctual, I've got it back in the time that they said it would be, If I had to have parts they told me exactly what it was and so I dont know any problems.

It went fine. My car doesn't have problems. I may have had the battery,- I think I put new tires on it one time, and I've got like 8500 miles on it. I think there had been a new battery once or twice. I used to drive it every day when I work. I drove it everyday but I dont anymore. But I didn't have any problems with it when I drove it every day. and I've been retired. This is the 7th year I've been retired. So 7 out of the 18 years. Its not been driven a lot.
