+ -1 moreHostetler Title decided to wait until CLOSING to disclose an issue with the survey on the house, when the survey was done 15 days prior. Then, Erica, had the Gaul to tell us that they would not insure the survey, but we should still close anyway. We were stunned. The next day, while we were considering re-closing with another title company, or using another title company to insure the title, Erica called about 5 times to put pressure on us to final close with them, knowing this was their fault. Not to mention, she could not really adequately explain the issue and what our risk was, our realtor and the OTHER title company had to. I will never use them or recommend them, and I am extremely displeased with their ethics and professionalism.
Description of Work: We used Hostetler Title to close on a house for our relocation. This was the sellers title company, and we had no previous experience or knowledge being from out of town.
