This contractor was hired to do a complete tear-down and reshingle job on my roof. This included removing all the old shingles and installing an underlayment before applying the new shingles. In some areas he applied shingles without the underlayment. In other areas he did not tear off all of the old shingles. During the course of the job, he actually caused a leak that wasn't there before. He collected additional funds to repair this leak and never performed the work. The job took a great deal longer than it should have and on many occasions he never showed up - even after he told me he would. He left a huge mess - never cleaned up nails and old shingles before he left. I ended up having to pay a second roofer to fix the problems he caused. Very, very bad experience!

LOWELL WAS REALLY GREAT. THE PRICE WAS BETTER THAN ANY OTHER ESTIMATES. I DIDNT MIND HIM BEING IN MY HOUSE WORKING BECAUSE HE WAS SUCH A NICE PERSON. HE WENT BEYOND WHAT HE HAD TO DO TO MAKE IT LOOK GREAT. HE DID IT REALLY QUICK. THERE WERE TWO OF THEM AND THEY CLEANED EVERYTHING UP AND TOOK AWAY ALL THEIR TRASH. I WOULD CALL HIM AGAIN ANYTIME!
