Deb and Jerry did a great job selling my home fast. In just a few days on the market we received an offer $15k over our asking price. So, at first I thought "what's a reduced commission real estate agent all about and what is different from other agents"? Honestly, I received the same, if not better, level of service as other agents I have used in the past... and all at cheaper commission! There is no difference, just a better experience. I highly recommend Deb and Jerry.

Before choosing a real estate agent, we conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice. Homes that Click stood out as the best Columbus has to offer: their rankings are excellent, their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings. We also had a personal friend highly recommend them. Their hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing! The second buyer that saw the condo bought the home! They walked us through every step of the closing process and it couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. My wife and I were very impressed with the service Debbie and Jerry Harr provided when selling our house. A complete full service operation at a fraction of the cost of their competitors. I'm not sure why everyone doesn't use their service. I believe this business model is the future of real estate transactions. Why anyone would use anyone else is beyond us!

Were not able to deliver even a single showing of our home in the entire time of the listing. We based our price on their recommendation.  Made no attempt to alter approach even when it wasn't working.  Their approach is definitely low price but also low service.  Might work for a low priced listing but definitely not for even a moderately higher end home (>$350K).  Nice people but not able to deliver on their promise of getting showings.
