"This customer was very concerned about the cost of our service even thought she was told in advance of our rates. When our technician had been there an hour he told her that she would incur another hour charge if he continued. Even though he addressed a few of her concerns for 20 more minutes we did not charge her for that. We would have continued but the customer said it was fine.These drapes were ready made drapes that had been folded in a package on a store shelf and should have been pressed but that is not what the customer wanted. Our steamer is a commercial steamer and not available at Lowe's. It has a water reservoir that needs replenishing after it has used up the water creating steam. The customer happened to come in to the room as the water reservoir was becoming depleted and our technician explained that to her. Once he refilled the reservoir if performed perfectly again. Again to conclude, the customer decided that she did not want to pay for us to continue the job and stated that everything looked fine and did not take our recommendation to take the drapes down for pressing. This is the first we have heard that the customer was not satisfied and we still offer to remove the drapes for pressing for a minimal charge."

The actual installers were neat, polite, quick and very thoughtful. They did a nice job.

***I have since contacted them about a further window treatment above and around the one set of blinds - once again they responded quickly to my call and I am now awaiting software photos of different possible treatments - GREAT service!
The blinds were a disaster and could not be improved. I had a price range to work with and Jeff made sure to get me the best deal for my money. I have hardly ever had a company work so hard for me when I wasn't even sure I was going to be a customer yet.
