 + -1 moreLarry was excellent -- did a splendid job repairing the wall and had many good ideas for solving other problems we'd been wanting to have addressed. He is very conscientious and pleasant. Amount paid above is for repairing termite damage only, but we have hired him for additional jobs and his work is always outstanding. He is very creative and hard working.
Description of Work: We had some old termite damage on a wall. Wall had to be completely rebuilt.

 + -1 moreI WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK. I WAS IN AN EMERGENCY SITUATION,(SELLING HOME), AND NEEDED IMMEDIATE REPAIRS. LARRY WAS THE ONLY CONTRACTOR TO RETURN MY CALLS. HIS WORK WAS CREATIVE, OF HIGH QUALITY, AND THE PRICE WAS RIGHT IN LINE WITH ESTIMATE. HE FINISHED A LITTLE EARLY, SO HE VOLUNTEERED TO GO TO THE HARDWARE STORE AND PURCHASE AND INSTALL REPLACEMENT INSULATION AT NO EXTRA EXPENSE.
Description of Work: WE HAD WATER DAMAGE TO BASEMENT CRAWLSPACE, INCLUDING STRUCTURAL JOISTS, BAND BOARD, SILL PLATE COMPONENTS, WALL SHEATHING, AND RE-INSULATION.
