He recommended a tenant. The tenant caused thousands of dollars of damage. Duane came out to make repairs but did shotty work. Years later I am still find short cuts he made. He brought his sons to the jobsite. But the work was never completed. Its not jsut me. He has also taken advantage of several other people in the condo association.

It is a father and so ran business. They take a real interest in their clients. They are very personable.

I cannot stress enough the knowledge, professionalism and efficiency that Duane provides.  I had him at our house to discuss pricing for laying some floor tile, we have held off on this as we are still undecided on the tile to use.

I had some damage to a portion of our roof soffit from some very aggressive squirrels  and asked Duane to take a look.  As he checked out the problem, he notice some areas of the roof that were soft and tied into the support structure of our upper story.  The upper story is smaller than the lower roof area.

At one area we had experienced some leaks into the house during heavy rains and had thought the problem was where our Florida room tied into the house, Duane found the real problem and along with repairing that item he fixed the soffit, the other soft spots on the roof and some ceiling boards on our front porch.

He was at our home when he said he would be, the time of the job met his projections and his price was unbelievably reasonable. 

I cannot say enough good things about Duane and his work and I highly recommend him to anyone needing work done around your home.  He also does electrical work, carpentry, flooring and the list goes on.  You can trust Duane, he is not someone who would try and get you to do extra work just to pad his wallet.  He tells you what you really need and then charges you for that work and at a great price.
