Neal was wonferful!  He answered all my questions, made great recommendations, was very straight forward, nice, professional and even helped me choose colors.  The installers were fanstastic and it only took one day!  They were fast, efficient and neat.  My house had some issues with where to run the seams and odd transitions.  Neal said he could not gurantee there would not be a problem but if there is an issue they would come out and fix it.  2 years later and you still cannot see the seams and the carpet has held up great!  I have pets and people that come over and do not always wipe their feet well and my light beige carpet still looks awesome.  Neal gave me lots of tips and fixes for stains and how to keep it clean.   The entire experience was above and beyond what I expected.  I cannot say enough wonderful things about them!  I would highly recommend them and am thoroughly impressed!

We’ve used them before and we’re still very satisfied with their services.  We don’t remember how much they charged us for all the carpeting.  We had used them in 2007 to do a large part of our house and we spent quite a bit of money there.  Probably the negative thing would be, it seems like their prices have increased from what it was.  We don’t know if it’s in response to normal increases because of the time that has passed.  We probably liked their promptness.  From the order to when it was installed, the time was very short.  We’ve been very happy with the product.  The product is great.  They would probably be the people that we would call again if we needed another carpet installation.  So they would be the first people that we would call and we might do a slight comparison this time.  They weren’t outrageous though.  It was just a little more than we had expected in an increase.  The first time we got a very good deal and we ended up doing an additional room.  This time it wasn’t quite that way.  They are very friendly and very easy to work with.  They are very nice people.  We will use their services again in the future.

Great experience.  The company actually allowed me to take their samples home to look at, unlike most other carpet companies who would not leave samples with us.  The installers were on time, and though their English literacy was challenging they were efficient in doing the work.  I do have to have them out again to secure an area of carpeting which was not secured properly, but even though I already paid the bill, they did not hesitate to schedule the tech to come back to my home to secure the carpet in my family room.  Home Carpet Distributors had the best price and by far the best customer service.  I will be going to them whenever I need carpet.

I had a wonderful experience with them. I am planning to use them again shortly. I spent about $2600 the last time I used them. I had settled with another company to do the carpeting work. However, a friend of mine recommended this company to me. I checked them out and the work went on smoothly. I found the exact same carpet that I was looking for. I saved $2100 and did an extra room. The price was good and I felt it was a great deal. It was done very quickly. It was done within a week and a half. The installation crew came in and they were very businesslike. They did their job and were gone quickly. I have had no problems with the carpets since. I would recommend them and ask others to give them a chance. I was very happy with them and I will use them again in the future.

We had good service. The reason we chose them was because of the expertise of the sales person. She seemed to know what she was talking about.

Went to their warehouse and they had a huge selection. They were very low pressure. SHowed them what we were looking for and they showed us the same carpet and other similar carpets. Went over details of the various carpets pads. Came out and measured the basement for free. Gave us an estimate the next day and they were $700 cheaper than our next lowest estimate and $1600 cheaper than our high end estimate. It took about 2 weeks to get the carpet from the company, but that was fine as we were in no hurry. They came out the day they said they would, but was 2 hour late. No big deal, The installers were very polite professional and cleaned up everything when they were done. Look great and we are happy! I would use them again.

They were very professional and had an unbelievable selection. They were also very low pressure, which we liked.

THE OFFICE WAS UNABLE TO FIND MY FILE, AFTER CALLING ME TO BE ALLOWED INSTALLATION ACCESS. THE INSTALLERS WERE EFFICIENT, HOWEVER, THE 3 SEASON ROOM HAD BEEN CUT 7'' TOO SHORT AT THE WAREHOUSE & HAD TO BE RETURNED. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO COME OUT THE NEXT MORNING, BUT FAILED TO SHOW UP UNTIL THAT AFTERNOON & DIDN'T CALL. FEEL FREE TO USE THEM IF PRICE IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN PUNCTUALITY.

BECAUSE I PURCHASED VINYL THAT IS A STOCK ITEM FOR THEM, THEY WERE ABLE TO INSTALL IT IN A COUPLE OF DAYS. ALL THE WORK WAS COMPLETED IN JUST ABOUT TWO WEEKS FROM MY FIRST VISIT TO THE SHOWROOM. THEY WERE ALL COURTEOUS AND WILLING TO HELP ME COORDINATE THE INSTALLATION WITH OTHER CONTRACTORS AND FURNITURE DELIVERY. THEY HAVE A HUGE SELECTION IN A LARGE SHOWROOM. I WAS THEIR CUSTOMER WHEN THEY WERE THE COLUMBUS CARPET SHOWCASE AND WAS EQUALLY HAPPY, AND I WILL BE RETURNING IN THE FUTURE IF I NEED ANY MORE FLOOR COVERINGS.
