He had an "A" review from you, and came out and evaluated what the lawn needed. It seemed like we were going to work together great. I was anxious to started. I would have used him for lots of things throughout the season, but then I had trouble getting a hold of him and then finally he said he couldn't do it at all at this time. Disappointing!
