Robert and Tommy were very responsive and they’re dealings with us. Our insurance offered to pay for the metal parts of our roof but not the shingles. Robert went to bat for us and was able to get our entire roof covered. Whenever we called with questions or concerns, one of them came right out to address our concerns. You don’t see that too often these days and we definitely appreciated it!

The whole Highland Exteriors team was amazing. A storm damaged our siding. We found out about Highland Exteriors through a neighbor and gave them a shot versus all the others that swarmed our neighborhood in the aftermath of the storm. Tom really took care of us and made the whole thing really easy. Very responsive, very professional, and he was always patient with us. The crews worked really hard and did an awesome job replacing our siding. They kept us informed and communication is a top priority for everyone at Highland Exteriors. Can’t them enough for helping us through a complex project and taking care of us. Highland Exteriors will get our business again!

Great company. Very responsive and reliable. Had them stop to check for storm damage. The owner did not see a need to replace the roof. They did suggest replacing a ridge vent cap and flashing on my fireplace. They were back the next day and did a high quality job. I will be hiring them when it is time for my roof replacement!
