Hidden Creek Landscaping Inc

Things have been a bit rough with the Hidden creek teams. The same team does not come to do the work each week, Originally, it was indicated our day was Wednesday. It turns out that meant *that week* our cutting day was Wednesday. Getting the Hidden Creek team to edge properly was a challenge. Hidden Creek has trouble sending us an invoice via email The Hidden creek team cannot seem to coordinate lawn fertilization/treatment with their own cutting crew. I am thinking Hidden creek has grown too large too quickly, and the management side of the business is not able to keep pace. *if* they come and *if* you are able to communicate with the team, they are able to do a good job. It should not be the customer's responsibility to coordinate the full service team.

They also are the company that maintain the landscaping here. The price is fair enough. I think they did a nice job.

They do a great job. The price is reasonable. They quality is really good. They did maintenance on our landscaping and they did a really good job.

After 5 years, it leaks, water doesnt circulate or filter properly, the water turns green. They have never been able to fix it. Poorly designed, poorly executed. Finally they just quit. My backyard is now a huge problem.

The Hidden Creek representative was extremely quick and helpful in  his responses - couldn't ask for better.  Hidden Creek workers arrived on time and worked very hard; garden beds are much improved.  They were supposed to grade the garden in front of the house so that it would drain away from the house; they did part of that work, but not all. 

The concrete subcontractor had been bought out between the time the work was scheduled and the time it was performed; that sub was not prompt, and did a less-than stellar job.  Hidden Creek said they wouldn't use this company again, so I just hit them at the wrong time. 

As for cost,  I only had one other estimate, which was significantly higher, so Hidden Creek's price may have been excellent; I can't really compare.

Overall, I am glad that this work was done, and glad for the way it turned out.

Service has been outstanding.  
We had a special family gathering and called (only two days before) to request service.  Three workers arrived the next day and made the lawn and yard look beautiful.  No extra charge. 
Our contact, Tom, is responsive and professional.  
The service is not inexpensive but the qualify of service more than makes up for the extra cost as compared to our previous providers. 

Hidden Creek put in trees at summer and they do clean-up, etcetera, etcetera. We got full service.

The crew showed up when they said, worked through the torrential rain, and completed the project with excellent results.

t was beautiful and we were thrilled with the results.  I'm from the South and miss the plants I grew up with.  He is really the only one I've used who looked into all the plants I requested and worked hard to not just get this smaller scale job (for him) done but turn it into something I would love.  We are currently working with him in our new home.  He will be adding retaining walls, patio, extending a deck and adding a spa, walkways, arbor, lighting, irrigation,and completely redesigning the entire landscape.  He is a pleasure to work with and managed to give us a design that I am delighted with.  I have several friends who have used him and we all love his work.  He will also be taking care of our lawn care, irrigation, and mowing.  I highly recommend Hidden Creek.

The price they charged us was reasonable. The service was excellent.  The guy that came out went above and beyond what he had to do.  He took care of everything and made sure everything was perfect for our irrigation system, so he did a really good job.

Fantastic. They understood our wants and needs and customized a design to match our style. We modified several elements before construction began and they were patience and understood our rationale the entire time.

The first time I called, I didn't hear back for several weeks so I called back. The man I spoke to was very apologetic and told me he was leaving on vacation but he gave me a time he would definitely call but he never did. I went with a different company because I never heard back from Hidden Creek.

We met Jason at the Home and Garden show. We were skeptical as we had 2 other estimates and plans developed by other companies we felt were lacking in what we were looking for. Jason came to the house, listened to what we outlined that we wanted, took measurements and pictures, developed a plan "with all the bells and whistles" and came back to meet with us. We were amazed - it was EXACTLY what we wanted. The price was below the previous estimates for much more patio and included a full landscape plan with all of the plantings. Before they started the project, Jason asked us to meet him to look at pavers, plantings, etc. so that what we would have was exactly what we wanted. He also told us we could lower the cost by selecting alternative pavers, dropping some of the bells and whistles or changing the plantings - in short, he was able to adjust the plan to meet our needs. Construction started on schedule. The crew was wonderful - very friendly and always on time. They were always concerned about our schedules as they didn't want to inconvenience us (they even made accomodations for our two puppies). They finished in two weeks as scheduled (based on the project and some inclement weather, we don't know how they did it). The entire neighborhood has visited us to see our revamped patio and back yard landscaping (word spread quickly). We have told this story to all and have referred Jason to several since the completion. To sum up Jason and his company in one word - "phenomenol". They're the best kept secret in Columbus....and way to modest - we consider this a showcase patio.

Jason was very easy to work with and made some helpful suggestions regarding patio and landscaping. We were able to carefully pick the materials and just let Jason know. The project was scheduled and required temporarily moving a fence to gain access. They also temporarily moved a prized plant. The job was completed in two days and looks beautiful. They replaced the plant, fence, and reseeded the lawn where needed.

THIS COMPANY HAS DONE MANY RETAINING WALLS AND PATIOS IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD. MY NEIGHBOR RECOMMENDED THEM TO US AND WE ARE EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF WORK AND THE CHARACTER OF THE OWNERS. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS GETTING THEM SCHEDULED! CALL EARLY TO GET ON THEIR SCHEDULE AS THEY GET BOOKED UP FAST.
