He was quick and efficient and also did a carpet repair we needed in the basement while he was here. The way he laid the carpet in our LR/DR eliminated the need to seam the carpet. He's just the best out there, in our experience.

We got his name through word of mouth. I was impressed with how much detail he paid to his work and how tried to find out from me exactly what I was trying to achieve and work within my schedule. He did and A+ job on the hallway paying attention to every detail and cleanup after the job. He straightened out the cable situation in another room by running the cable between the tack strip and baseboard. He went way beyond to make it look good. I have moved into a new house and have him scheduled to lay carpet in it. He will do large jobs and small jobs. I would recommend him to anyone.

We decided to use Heston Flooring because we had used him before. Our interior decorator recommended him when we needed the carpeting. We liked the carpeting that he had done for us. We also liked him as a professional. He did a nice job, so we called him back when we needed a repair.

When I first talked with Donny on the phone,he seemed really friendly,and when he came on time to measure our rooms, I was so surprised to see how polite he actually is. Just delightful! He gave me several ideas on carpet color, style, and quality which made my decision easier.I worked with Donny's salesman and he was great,also. Donny worked in our home for about one week and finished on time. We were very pleased with his work ethic, professionalism and perfection; even when he cleaned up daily. His work is superb and I wouldn't consider hiring any other installer other than Donny. Our carpeting is just beautiful and the workmanship is excellent! We felt like Donny was a friend by the end of the week and hated to see him go.If you hire him, make sure you are home when he works because you won't want to miss out on getting to know just one of the nicest guys you will ever meet.

THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME DON DID WORK FOR ME. I NEEDED THE CARPET REPAIRED IN A RENTAL HOUSE IN THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS BECAUSE TENANTS WERE MOVING IN SHORTLY. I CALLED DON ON THE WEEKEND, AND WE MADE ARRANGEMENTS OVER THE PHONE FOR HIM TO DO THE WORK. HE SHOWED UP ON THE DAY HE SAID AND WORKED INTO THE EVENING TO GET ALL OF THE WORK DONE, INCLUDING SOME AREAS I HADN'T TOLD HIM ABOUT EARLIER.

VERY IMPRESSED BY THE QUALITY OF HIS WORK. HE RETURNS PHONE CALLS PROMPTLY. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE NEEDING CARPET WORK DONE (REPAIR, INSTALL, ETC.)
