Helping Hands Cleaning & More

I called Helping Hands Cleaning & More to clean and declutter my mother’s apartment. My mom has several health problems, and I live out of town. Mom’s home had gotten bad over the years, and she needed help. Della and her team at Helping Hands Cleaning & More are amazing to work with! During the first phone call, Della put me at ease and showed she really cared about our needs. The team assessed the job and gave me a very reasonable price. They found us an appointment almost immediately. The cleaners were kind to my mother and made her feel comfortable having them in her home. They did a thorough job cleaning the entire house, and they did a great job of updating me as they progressed. I can’t recommend Helping Hands Cleaning & More enough. This is a wonderful company run by hard-working, caring people.

I have been working with Della Burnett since 2005 when i was living in an apartment while my custom home was being built. Once i moved from Columbus to Delaware, she continued to travel up to clean my new home.m I just cannot give enough superlatives when it comes to the quality of her service, and her general customer service. She cleans your home as if it's hers - or a member of her family. And personally she is a smart, warm, funny lady with a big heart.
She really customizes her cleanings to what the customer wants. Not like some of those who have a long list of what they won't do. She also has a talent for organizing (or should i say reorganizing) which I take advantage of periodically. Soon I am going to ask her to help organize my office, which has a lot of clutter and just too much stuff. When Della was at her first job, before she created Helping Hands and More, sometimes the company would send someone other than Della. I knew as soon as i walked into my apartment that Della hadn't been the one to clean.
As i said, I can't say too many positives - I would highly recommend you give her a try - you won't go back to your previous provider.

They do an excellent job. They are prompt and dependable. They are willing to do what you ask. They are all very polite and do a thorough job. I even recommend them to my friend and she was very satisfied as well.

Della and her team have been cleaning my house for at least 6 months. They bring all their own supplies which makes it that more affordable. They also immediately address any concerns or questions and go above and beyond to rectify any situation.
