Very good!

It couldn't have gone much worse I was told that my precious Yorkie would most probably not have to have any teeth pulled Never heard a word from them all day. Until they called that he was ready to be picked up. Oh and by the way he had 6 teeth pulled including the CANINE!! So we go from getting none pulled to pulling the Canine This forever altered his life forever It has also changed the quality of life. There are some foods he cannot eat now because of not having any front teeth to grip it.

It went well. The only problem that I had was that they told me that I could call anytime to check up on how my older dog was doing since I was concerned with leaving him. He is almost blind and is hard of hearing. We dropped them off on Saturday morning. I called on Sunday late afternoon and no one answered the phone. Other than that, things went well. No problems. They were boarded for 9 days and both had baths on the day of pickup.

I've been using them for 24 years.

We've been going to them since he was born. I continue going back because of loyalty and my dog likes going. I've never had a problem with scheduling.

This was the first time we boarded our dog there after a bad incident at another provider. It went smoothly - I noticed this place was cleaner than where we used to go - I also noticed good notes seemed to be kept on all the animals staying there. Our dog was returned in good condition and was in good spirits. I noticed the employees at this location were upbeat as I watched other folks get their pets back. The price was better than where we used to go as well, so that was an additional plus.

They are expensive. We paid $705 upfront for her therapy session. They just have really gone above and beyond to provide excellent care for her with her therapy and everything. That is also where our vet is. They could just improve on their cost.

I fear that I am not able to express adequately my disappointment with these people as regards the boarding service. I cannot speak to the veterinarian services except to say that my Daughter found the prices to be very high..

We dropped all four dogs off on Thursday, 3-27-14. The dogs were very anxious and I was somewhat disturbed at the time it took to check them in despite the fact that my wife had been there earlier in the day to confirm that we would be in with the dogs that afternoon. It was almost as though they were surprised we were there. The delay was not due to a sudden influx of customers. We were the only ones there at the time. That should have been a warning sign to me.

We went out of town for a wedding in North Carolina which our daughter also attended. The plan was that my wife and I and our Grandsons would continue on to Florida for a week and my Daughter and Son-in-Law would return to Powell on Sunday, 3-30-14, retrieve the dogs and keep them while we were away for another week. When our Daughter picked up the dogs they were filthy and covered with stains from body waste. The dogs were also somewhat traumatized by the ordeal and only too happy to escape. The people at the facility knew what they had done and tried to cover up by a last minute cleaning of our white Standard although to no avail. She is still stained with urine although she was bathed by our Daughter that Sunday and professionally by a dog groomer on Wednesday, 4-2-14 (the earliest appointment she could get at our groomer). We will have to wait until her hair grows out to see if this is a permanent condition.

Our Daughter took the dogs home and bathed each one in her bath tub on Sunday and brought all four to our groomer the following Wednesday for another bathing at her expense. I should add that Healthy Pets of Wedgewood did offer to wash the dogs but our Daughter refused. She could not take them back to that facility fearing for their sanity. They did refund the boarding fees for all four dogs when my Daughter went back to their facility to lodge a complaint. This, of course, was the only fitting thing to do. Not to do so would add larceny to abuse of pets.

If you love your pets as we love ours, you should not entrust them to this company. My Grandson described the place as a and quot;doggy Auschwitzand quot; which is, of course, hyperbole but it does hint at the conditions.

The Doctor actually took the time herself to call me personally to go over her discovery and discuss treatment. My dog is now healthy and happy again!

Office was very clean and staff was great with our dog.

At some times they have social breaks so the dogs can mingle. Our dog had never really been sociable, and actually had trouble at another facility for separation anxiety, but he’s doing well there.

For people who work outside of the home, there is flexibility to be able to pick up pets between 5p-7p in the evening. They have very good helpers there, and evaluate the pet each week and measure them to see if muscle mass has increased. It’s just amazing what they’re able to do. I’m seeing some gradual improvements to regain...a little bit at a time.

The facility is clean, organized and the staf is friendly and efficient.

She is a great veterinary doctor.

They always offered excellent service!

Healthy Pets of Wedgewood has been excellent for both services we use them for. They know our dog's name when we come in. When we go away and drop off our dog there, she is always very happy when we drop her off and pick her up. They have always been very helpful and caring with problems with our dog. They are flexible with us. We had booked our dog once for a boarding and we did not realize they closed early and missed them. We called and they offered for us to take our dog to another location, which we appreciated. When our dog was quite ill a few years ago they were very helpful. They fax the pet insurance form directly to the insurance company. You don't have to take the bill and deal with it yourself. They take care of it. That helps.

We adopted a cat from a shelter and we've been there several times over the first few weeks that we had him. He was sick when we got him. We made two or three visits to them. He had antibiotics and is fine now. We always see the same veterinarian, Dr. Chip Taylor, although there are a number of different veterinarians there. He is excellent and we really like him. The place is clean. It's a nice facility for animals. They also have a kennel. We have used both the groomer and the kennel. They are excellent veterinarians. The office staff is very nice and very friendly. They are a bit expensive, but when it comes to having the pets’ teeth cleaned and so forth they are much more reasonably priced. They are not a very good choice if it is an emergency. If it is not an emergency they are an excellent choice.

They are very attentive and know their job well. The office is nice and the staff is very professional and helpful. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

It went well. If I don't remind her, she does cut their hair pretty short.

It was good. They did forget to have them bathed when we picked them up, but they did it real fast for free while we waited. I could not see how they treated the dogs while we were gone, but the dogs seemed fine when we picked them up.

It was good. Dr. Chip is friendly, knowledgeable, and loves animals.

We have taken our dog to Dr. Hal Taylor {Chip} on several occasions. He is friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. He is great with our dog. I called this visit to make an appt for our dog for his annual exam and vaccinations. The vet techs are always helpful, friendly, and very caring with the animals. We have also had our dogs ears cropped by Dr. Hal Taylor, SR--I cannot recommend him enough. He did an EXCELLENT job on the cropping, the aftercare, and we are very pleased. He also neutered him, as a pup, and inserted a microchip. His care has always been top notch at Healthy Pets of Wedgewood.

I was very unhappy with the exam Dr. Huffman did on my kitten. She basically just petted him and then listened to his heart and lungs. She didn't take a temperature, didn't look in his ears and just glanced at his eyes (even though his infected eye was my main concern) and I had to ask her to feel him for other injuries. She was very nice but didn't do a thorough exam at all. When I went to pay I said that I saw on their website that the first exam was free, and the receptionist very rudely said "No, only with the coupon" even though the website said nothing about a coupon (turns out you have to click on the word "free" to even see the coupon! There was no indication/star/asterisk that said you had to do anything to get the free exam). So, I paid $65 for a tube of eye ointment, a small can of kitten milk, and a poor-quality exam.
