The technician (Robert) was very friendly and helped me understand why my spa had the issues and offered recommendations to avoid it again in the future and helped me develop a service plan (when to drain the tub, and check chemical levels). His appearance was very professional and his attitude was great, you could just tell he really knew his trade and that he was not just guessing and trying to up sell me on additional services or chemicals I did not need.
I will be recommending Hartwell Pools to any of my friends or neighbors who need pool or spa services.
