HAD TO PUT MUCH OF MY TIME AND EFFORT TOWARD FOLLOWING UP CONTINUALLY TO ENSURE THE WORK GOT DONE.
Description of Work: ORIGINALLY FOUND THIS COMPANY ON NARIS LIST OF RECOMMENDED REMODELERS... DURING THE INITAL MEETING, WE FELT AS THOUGH MIKE UNDERSTOOD OUR NEEDS AND EXPECTATIONS. AS THE JOB PROGRESSED (SLOWLY), THAT UNDERSTANDING WAS LOST AND WE FELT AS THOUGH WE HAD TO COMPROMISE INITAL EXPECTATIONS AT TIMES JUST TO GET THE WORK DONE. THE WORK TOOK MUCH LONGER THAN ESTIMATED. PRODUCTS AND MATERIALS WERE AVERAGE QUALITY. EMPIRICALLY, THE JOB WAS DONE TO SPEC, BUT THE OVERALL FEEL IS THAT IT DID NOT MEET OUR INITIAL EXPECTATIONS... BOTTOM LINE: WE WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

THEY WERE NOT PUNCTUAL AND DID NOT TAKE THE TIME OR THE COURTESY TO TRY AND UNDERSTAND ME. I AM DEAF AND FEEL AS THOUGH THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THIS AND ME.
