 + -1 moreTerrible! I placed my original order in October and paid a deposit of $80 at that time. I never got a call, so after 6-8 weeks I called to check on the status. I was told the entire order wasn't in yet. I ended up picking up the knobs that came in which did not add up to my deposit amount. I was told the rest of the order was still in process. I continued to check on it, but it still wasn't complete. In January I called, same answer, February, same answer, March - no answer. I left many, many messages and never received a call back. Now their number is disconnected and the decorator I received their name from, tells me they are out of business. Great! I didn't receive the product and lost my deposit.
Description of Work: I ordered a number of pieces from this store and had to pay a deposit.
