 + -1 moreANTHONY FILLED OUT THE BID FORM AS WE WERE DOING THE WALK THROUGH, WHICH MADE THE PROCESS TAKE A WHILE BUT IT ENABLED HIM TO PROVIDE HIS ESTIMATE RIGHT AWAY. THOUGH SINCE IT WAS DONE ON THE FLY, WE WONDERED HOW ACCURATE THE PRICING WOULD BE. WE DECIDED TO GO WITH ANOTHER FIRM SINCE HE DOESN'T DO SOME THINGS (LIKE INSTALLING CROWN MOLDING - BUT WE APPRECIATED THAT HE WAS UPFRONT ABOUT THIS) AND HIS PRICING WAS HIGHER THAN MOST OTHER BIDS WE RECEIVED.
Description of Work: WE WERE DOING AN EXTENSIVE HOME REMODELING PROJECT THAT INCLUDED MULTIPLE BATHROOMS, LOTS OF DRYWALL, HOME OFFICE, BASEMENT REMODEL, PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL, PAINTING AND TRIM WORK. WE CALLED SEVERAL REMODELING, DRYWALL & HANDYMEN COMPANIES FROM ANGIE'S LIST TO BID ON THE WORK.

Description of Work: ROOM REWIRED & PLUMBING INSTALLED FOR WASHER AND DRYER. WATER LINE, PIPES, VENTS REPLACED. 220 OUTLET INSTALLED. WASHER AND DRYER INSTALLED AND CHECKED FOR WORKING ORDER. INSTALLMENT IS VERY NEAT.

 + -1 moreTHOSE MEN ARE HONEST, EXCELLENT PROFESSIONALS. THEIR WORK HAS BEEN INTELLIGENT, AND INNOVATIVE WHEN NECESSARY. THEY ARE PLEASANT TO HAVE IN THE HOME. AND I WOULD BE CONSIDERED BY SOME TO BE A "DIFFICULT, PERFECTIONIST".
