Very happy with work

Wayne did an excellent job on a very hot summer day. I don’t think the gutters have been cleaned since the house was built over 20 years ago. Wayne can be slow in getting out to do the job when he is in the busy season but it is worth the wait to get a professional job at a reasonable cost.

For a very reasonable price I was very impressed.

He is very busy, what with all the rain we have had lately. He returned my call after about a week and showed up the next day. He was friendly, explained what he was going to do. He cleaned up all debris. I would definitely use him again.

I left him a message and he called me a couple of days later to tell me he'd be in the area the following week and would check it out and let me know an estimated cost. He then called me the next week from my house and I went to meet him. The gutters had not been cleaned in 17 years since I lived there so he spent almost 1 1/2 hours cleaning and nailing back gutter that was getting loose because of the weight. He also checked downspouts and anything else that could cause problems and made sure it was all good. We then talked about gutter guard for the front corner of my house where the tree had filled it with leaves and he indicated he didn't have enough of the gutter guard with him but he could come back the following week after my roof was replaced. We also talked about the moss and algae on the old roof and he told me it could be prevented by applying zinc strips near the ridge. I checked with the roofer who told me they didn't do this so when he came back out, Wayne went and installed the two rolls I bought online. He did a great job with the cleaning and the installation of the gutter guard and zinc strip. He's very knowledgeable about his trade.

Wayne and his son came in a timely manner, gave us an estimate and performed work same day. They tightened gutters and did an excellent job cleaning the debris.

He paid close attention to all the technical details here, and I learned a lot from him about rain gutters and all aspects of how roofs should be done. Wayne is very personable, is concerned about his customer, and is great to work with. One final note. One month after the job was complete, on June 4, 2016, we had a very heavy rain storm. Everything worked great. The rain gutter screens also worked great during the Fall (late September through early November) leaf raking season. I would most definitely use him again.

Please ignore my earlier review. Wayne called the next day, then came over, gave estimate, and did the job the same day. Everything went smoothly. He was very courteous, and explained the details of the job they were going to perform.

We contacted Gutterworks Plus - Wayne Richardson - to come out and clean the gutters. Wayne has cleaned our gutters before and we are always satisfied with the job he does. His son is working with him now. They cleaned the debris from all the gutters, and made sure the downspouts were clear and flowing. They made sue all the gutters were secure. They also cleaned up and took away all the debris. Though my husband could do this himself, it is worth it to not risk a fall or other accident. Wayne knows gutters. He does good work, and will steer you straight. Once the leaves are down this fall, we will have him out again. Rated a B for responsiveness, since it took him a couple of days to return our phone call. No big deal, we knew he would get back with us. To be efficient he tries to do houses in the same area on the same day rather than run back and forth all over town.

The gutters were cleaned and repaired so that the water flows exceptionally well. I was very pleased with the work that Wayne and his son did and will hire him again for gutter cleaning.

The guys arrived on time and did a great job. Very professional. Everything was done per quote. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

I contacted the provider who said he'd be in the area within a few days and would come to give me an estimate. The next day he called to say he had just finished a job nearby and asked if it would be convenient to stop by.  He arrived within a short time, reviewed the condition of the gutters, gave a very reasonable estimate, and said he could do the clean-up right then. He and his assistant proceeded to start work and were finished well within a half hour. It must be noted that the gutters had not been cleaned for at least 2-3 years and were filled with leaves and sprouting plants. They cleaned and checked that gutters were secure, checked that downspouts were clear and flowing, and removed all debris. In addition, the young man assisting noticed that a roof shingle was missing, took a picture of the area, and showed me where it was located. Both gentlemen were pleasant and efficient, and I would not hesitate to use them again or refer their services to others.
