The Gutter King of Columbus was excellent to work with. We scheduled the appointment within a designated time-frame and he arrived within the frame discussed. Upon his arrival, he and his associate notified me of their presence and briefly described the work they'd perform. They were very quick and thorough and cleaned up the build-up in the gutters before their departure. He also noticed several areas of the gutter pulling away from home and completed the minor repairs, complimentary. He briefed me on the work he completed as well as had a few recommendations. He advised he'd send the invoice as well as put the recommendations and estimate in writing. The only criticism of his work is the timeliness in which we received the invoice and in which our payment was processed. It was over a month after the job before we received the invoice then another 3-4 weeks before our payment was processed. Not a huge issue, but would have appreciated it in a more timely fashion. It seems to be a small operation, so I assume that is the reason behind the delay. He also did not include his recommendations and estimate for the work on the invoice. Overall, we were happy and will use his services in the future.

The driveway job looks great. The other job is underground but I assume that all's well. Mike Osborn and I traded several phone calls before we connected...his job schedule and mine. Once we got together and scheduled an appointment Mike was right on time for both our initial meeting and the follow-up to do the job. I was very impressed with both Mike and his helper, Mark. I'd certainly work with Gutter King again and plan to use them to clean my gutters.

They were here for about 2 and a half hours, and everything went well. They did a great job, and rinsed off the deck where the debris came down. They leveled the ground where they had repaired the PVC pipe in the front, as well. They were fair, punctual, professional, and very nice. I appreciate that they cleaned up everything very well, and I'd highly recommend them. I'm sure I'll have them come back out to clean my gutters again before winter after all the leaves have fallen.

He went above and beyond what he was supposed to do. He was on time and actually gave me a call when he was 5 minutes away and then called me again when he arrived, that way I could hold our 2 large labs back and not get them in an uproar at the front door. He was so communicative with me and I really appreciated him working with me that way. We will most certainly call him again if we need to.

The work was handled very professionally. We are considering Gutter King to replace the entire gutter system on the house.

Overall I am very satisfied with Mike's work. He has helped clean my gutters, replace gutters and also cleared blockage from drainage pipes in my yard.

They were punctual, cleaned out the gutters and checked all of the drains leading to the street. They did an excellent repair on one of the downspouts, and fixed it so that it would not be easily damaged again (one of the kids had stepped on it). I couldn't be more pleased with the work. I will be using them again!

The gentleman name Michael who runs the company was very personable and presented himself as knowledgeable about the service I was requesting. He took care of the work when he said he would and did a very thorough job. I would recommend him to my neighbors and friends.

Mike arrived on time and cleaned the gutters. Everything went fine. He did a great job. I had to retrieve a child's toy from the gutter over the garage later, and the gutter was spotless.

He actually took the time to cut the sod, and put the sod back on. He put sod back on top of the ditch after he filled it back in. He did an outstanding job. The other people I had come out were just going to dig a trench, and throw grass seed on top of the dirt. He did charge a little bit more, and I had no problem with that. I worked very h****** my front yard, and I did not want to see grass seed there for a couple of years. I feel his rates were reasonable for the amount of work he did.

We previously used them and liked their services, so we called them again. I left a message, but they never called me back. It is tough to find a company who will do gutter repairs and not try to replace them all. We really want to hire them for this project.

They did a great job cleaning my gutters. They identified some problems with the drain pipes leading out to the street and repaired them for me too. VEry nice, and high quality work.

It was a fine experience. He performs this service once a year after the fall season. He used the hose and flushed all of the gutters out. Everything looks fine. They are professional, prompt, and efficient. I have been using him for at least 15 years. They are also prompt and honest. I would recommend this company to anyone.

It went very well. I've used this company before. I asked them to be careful when placing ladders, since I just had the gutters and downspouts painted in October 201 and they did.

I called Gutter King at the end of October to schedule gutter cleaning for mid November. Mike was able to give me an estimate over the phone. Price was higher than I was hoping for, but I have a very large two-story home, and in the end, I think the price was worth the service I received. Mike and one helper arrived about a half hour later than scheduled. I spent 10 minutes with him pointing out a few areas of concern with my gutters and downspouts. He was reassuring and said that he could take care of it all, including a few extras like reattaching some loose gutter warming tape, and minor repositioning of a drain tile. He appeared to do a thorough job and cleaned up after the job. He took care of everything we discussed and was finished in about two and a half hours. I was very pleased with his work and will hire him again next year.
