He was wonderful, does an excellent work, he does the work right the first time and very fast, very nice and the price was very reasonable. He has great expertise in drain pipes repairs.

Mike called to find out if I still needed the work completed. Within an hour, he assessed the damage, advised what needed to be done, and made another recommendation. I accepted all and the work was completed efficiently. I was not onsite, so Mike texted photos of his work! Excellent work! Amazing person! So glad he had time to complete this rush job!

Mike and his partner did an outstanding job. It was a big job, and he was conscientious about wanting to get them cleaned properly. However, the gutters are old and the mildew had stained the gutters in some places. He showed me what he could not get off. They look 90% better than they did, and I am very pleased. He and his partner also pointed out some drainage issues out in my front yard which I may have him work on in the future.

The gutters were cleaned as promised.

I have used this company for over 10 years on many different projects.  They are a small company, but the owner, Mike is always hands on and makes sure that things go right.  There is literally no better gutter and drain company out there.  These guys are honest and don't rip you off like many of the bigger named companies.  Believe me, I've tried them all.  Sometimes call backs and invoicing lag a bit, but well worth the very occasional wait for honest and excellent work.  If there was an A+ rating they would get it from me.

I called Gutter King based on the Angie's list profile and he was as advertised.  We made arrangements for the work to be done on 4/6, but he called and apologized for missing it.  He came on 4/7 (earlier than our scheduled time and in the rain) and performed the work.  He cleaned all of my gutters and downspouts and installed a new sleeve on one of the downspouts.  He also reinforced my gutters in spots where they were loose.  He was very professional.

Overflow of water during heavy rains on two parts of house so we agreed best idea was to replace those two gutters with larger ones. Larger gutters solved the problem. However, in tearing out the gutter in back, all the wood  beneath it was rotted so i asked if he could replace the wood and paint it. So he did the gutter work and also handyman type work (got the wood) to replace a lot of rotted wood and did the painting. Very satisfied.

Mike was very good to deal with on the phone and in person. He and his helper did a fine job cleaning out our gutters and  
downspouts.

I called Mike Osbourne a couple a week or so ago, and he called me back this morning.  He had been injured, so was delayed in making his calls.  
Mike came out with in an hour to see what the problem was with my gutters, and give me a quote.  What I thought was the problem (sagging gutters), wasn't it at all, and Mike was able to clean out the gutters and downspouts while he was here and quoted me $95.  The last quote I got was $450, and the contractor hadn't even come out to see what the problem was!  I let Mike do the work.
Mike told me to keep an eye on how they work during the next rain, and if there is a problem to let him know.  I like that he wasn't in a hurry to finish with the job and cares whether what he did fixed the problem that I was having.

I called Gutter King and left a message.  One hour later they called back, gave me a quote, and said they could do the work today.  Luckily, I was home and went through the problem areas I've had.  The two man team was courteous, professional, and did all the work they quoted me on.  I will be using this company every year.  They were fantastic.

It took a couple of days for Mike to return my call, but when he did it was to say that he could head my way to address the problem within the hour.  Heavy rains came within a day of his work, and I was so thankful to have all that water directed to the downspout rather than the foundation of the house!  We have used Gutter King in the past and will continue to use this company.  I have found Mike to be efficient, honest, and knowledgeable.
