They came when they said they would, they did the work they said they would do for the price they quoted. They cleaned up after themselves and they were very quiet and professional.

Everything went very well. The owner and his co-worker arrived on time, did excellent work, and responded quickly to my call. Furthermore, they did such a good job that my neighbor hired them too.

I would have appreciated a response, even if just to say there are no appointments available, or that you are closed for the winter.

They came even in the pouring rain and did a complete job of cleaning out all our gutters on the house. The job was thorough and the clean-up was complete. We were very happy. I'm not exactly sure when they did the work, but I think it was in early December 2014.

They were very thorough in their analysis of our drainage problems on 2 story Clintonville duplex. Water was seeping back into basement due to gutter issues - rain water flow. Gutters were separating from roof edge due to aging process. Original downspouts underground were nonfunctioning and needed retrenched and reinstalled.

He always does a great job and is able to squeeze in an appointment for us, even when times are busy. He is very nice and affordably priced. Would recommend!

The provider was prompt in returning my call for service and for coming out to perform the service. I was at home when they came and they worked very quickly and professionally. They cleaned up all the leaves that they removed from the gutters, did not leave them around the foundation. They said they would charge the same amount they charged last year, and they did.

Always a pleasure to do business with Mike Osbourne. Called him on the 10th of Sept for whole house gutter cleaning. We had some issues with water overflowing a portion of the front gutter. He cleaned all the gutters and found that the front downspout was totally clogged. Also another downspout the went to the front lawn, he was not able to clean totally. He supposed that a tree that was planted close to the main drainage area was broken.I made another appt. for that to be done the following week. He is very professional and I believe his prices are very seasonable.

During my whole house gutter cleaning, it was found that a tree root had crushed a main drain pipe that goes to the front lawn. Water had been backing up from the bottom of the unit to the house gutters. Mr. Osbourne found the crushed portion of pipe and replaced it. He was very careful not to cut through any landscape lighting or irrigation system. He cleaned up all the surrounding area that was dug up. He made sure that the water went through the new connections without any problems. Would use Gutter King again.

We contacted Gutter King and they returned our call promptly and told us their schedule. They cleaned the gutters and downspouts, but more importantly after they were finished the ground was not littered with the gutter debris. In fact, we really wondered if they had cleaned the gutters, but after the first heavy rain the gutters and downspouts worked perfect so we knew they had been to our house and performed the service. We believe they put the bill in the door, but we did not see it. The bill arrived in the mail about two weeks later. .Best gutter cleaner we have used in 24 years!

Nicest guys you can imagine. Went extra mile to make sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. Have used them on several occasions. There were a couple of corner joints in the gutters they installed that were leaking. They came back out promptly to repair them at no charge and even cleaned out the gutters again while they were there.

Did all work throughout the rain. I will use again.

Mark did a fabulous job. He found a large squirrel's nest in our gutter on Day 1, so after we took care of that, he was able to come on short notice the very next day to finish up the job. Everything was cleaned up nicely when he was finished. This is the third time we have used Gutter King, and I would definitely use them again for all my gutter needs!

Called today, Mike said they'd be here at 3 PM. Mark got here on time, did the work quickly and well, cleaned up thoroughly. A great job and I will definitely call Gutter King again.

Mike returned my call within 24 hours and came out later that same day. I explained the problem and he conducted an inspection. He checked all the gutters and down spouts and cleaned out everything; repairing brackets as necessary. He and his staff were very professional and courteous and performed all the work for a very reasonable price. I shouldn't have any more issues but I would definitely call him again.

They do the gutters twice a year. Fall and Spring. They do a thorough and excellent job, and fix the gutters if they need it after cleaning. Very good, honest guys. They are great to work with, and do a great job!

The work was done and we are satisfied. Not much to say because the work was not exciting, like a remodel etc... just some maintenance. We will call Mike again when needed. The only thing that caught me off guard was that they did the work on a Monday and I did not know that they had already come and that they had done the work, until I called on Wednesday of that week to let them know that I saw that the weather was going to be good for the rest of the week and that it was okay to come during the good weather if it fit their schedule. It was not until he called me back later on that same Wednesday and said that they had already been out on Monday. It would have been nice to have gotten a call later on that Monday to say and quot;hey just wanted to let you know that we actually came out today because the weather was good and we were able to fit you into our schedule... Again we will still call them the next time we need some gutter work etc...

It went very well. They did a really good job and the gutters work. They were in and out. They were quick. I didn't even know they were at the house. It was a lot of work and they did a really good job. I would absolutely use them again.

Mike will come to your house and give you an estimate on site by explaining what he must do. He ran up to Home Depot, bought the supplies then fixed our drain tile same day. He did an awesome job at a very fair price. I would recommend his services to anyone.

Had to reschedule once due to injured worker, other than that everything was completed as promised, no complaints.

They used hoses and pressured water to clean the gutters. They did a good job, were punctual, professional.

They showed up promptly. I remained indoors with my granddaughter. They were quiet and clean. They finished expeditiously.

Whenever it rained, the water would pour like a waterfall from the gutter on one corner of my house. I called Gutter King for an estimate, and Mike and his assistant came out that afternoon. At that time Mike cleared some debris from the drainpipe and determined the upper downspouts were split and one of the gutters was sloping incorrectly. He returned on Friday as scheduled and replaced the downspouts and anchored the gutter properly. He flushed out the drain pipe to make sure it was clear. When installing the downspouts, he apparently made a few scratches on them so he took the time to touch up those scratches with paint. He also advised I might want a gutter guard but shouldn't spend the money unless I had future blockage problems. After finishing the work, Mike's assistant cleaned up the driveway and the repair area. Mike and his assistant were courteous, professional, and efficient. I would recommend Gutter King to others.

They were good and I don't remember their price being objectionable. They explained the quality of the product very well. The gutter guards are still working.
