GUTHRIE HEATING & COOLING

He did a fabulous job. We spent $200 on that work and that was absolutely excellent. His nearest competitor wanted $400 or $500 for that work. The service was phenomenal and we called him up at night and he came out the next morning. He was just phenomenal and there are not enough good things to say about him. Once before we called him because we had a furnace problem and he talked me through the whole procedure of fixing it. He had us reset the furnace and it was done for free. He is extremely fair and will not sell us something that we do not need.

I called him due to a tenant telling me the air conditioner not working. Phil asked me to check the breaker 1st and then call him back. The tenant told me the breaker was not tripped. I had Phil go out he reset the breaker :), cleaned the unit, and repaired a drain line. I was impressed with Phil's quick response and friendlyness.

PHIL WAS GREAT! HE CAME WITHIN 24 HOURS OF MY CALL IN THE MIDST OF 90+ DEGREE WEATHER, WHEN MY AIR CONDITIONER WASN'T COOLING PROPERLY. ALL OF THE LARGE COMPANIES WOULD HAVE TAKEN AT LEAST A WEEK TO COME, AND PROBABLY WOULD HAVE CHARGED A LOT MORE. HE FIXED THE PROBLEM AT A MINIMAL COST, AND WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND PROFESSIONAL. I WILL DEFINITELY CALL HIM AGAIN!

HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. HE CAME RIGHT AWAY.

HE CALLED THE NEXT DAY AND CAME RIGHT AWAY AND DID THE WORK RIGHT AWAY! HE'S A GOOD GUY. HE CAME TO FINISH THE OUTSIDE WORK WHEN IT WARMED UP. HE ALWAYS IS HERE WHEN HE SAYS HE WILL BE.

PHIL WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF INSTALLING THE NEW FURNACE, WHILE WORKING IN A SMALL SPACE. HE ALSO WAS ABLE TO INSTALL CENTRAL AIR INTO THIS HOUSE - WHICH HAD NOT PREVIOUSLY HAD A/C. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!
