They are very good and reasonable.

The service was so bad I wouldn't even rate it. He tried to convince me that we needed a new air conditioner which we had just bought off of them 3 years ago. They said, "Well your warranty doesn't cover any of this". And I said, "Yes it does. It gets a warranty for 10 years". He seemed to think that since I was a woman, I would just say, "Okay, give me a new air conditioner". The price was high. I will not use this provider in the future.
