took more than one visit for him to complete the simple job - 3-4 if I remember correctly (this is not counting the visit for the estimate)  - hook placed on doors was "junky" - many excuses to have to leave and "come back later" to finish project............very unprofessional..............

Repaired some posts in front of the house, did some painting, replaced trim around the garage door opening and replaced some drywall in the garage.

The handyman was really good. He was very accountable. He showed up when he said he would and did a good job.

Everything turned out fine. He was working next door so I had him come over and do the work. I thought the price was high, but I would consider him in the future for a bid.

The closet was well done. The gutters weren't cleaned real thoroughly nor were the gutter guards/screens put back in place on all the gutters. This work was performed not by Larry, but by someone else from his company. The door replacement and screen door installation was awful. Larry and his partner were to cut a door opening to accommodate a 34" door. The existing door opening was 27". They ended up cutting a door opening that was around 3-4" too big. It ended up ripping some of the drywall on the wall as well. They bought 2x4's to put up as framing, but they weren't cut even and there was a 2" gap from my wall and on the existing trim along the floor molding. The door had a large gap in the floor that they tried to fill with foam installation, but it looked really poor. The storm door was put in very tight. I'm unable to use the lock b/c it won't turn. Also the window lock on the door is broken off (only makes sense it was broken during installation there was no other opportunity for that to happen.) They also put in the front door storm door. They rushed through this and when they left we realized all the screws around the frame weren't drilled in completely and quite a few of them had stripped heads. Larry also didn't put the 2nd elbow/arm on the door that came with the storm door so it has never properly shut. To this day it still is not working properly. Larry told me before he left that my husband could fix the drywall they ripped on the wall and he could hang up the alarm piece that goes on the door. One thing they did a good job on was piecing together shingles around the door on the outside. I ended up fixing the drywall myself and we redid the trim work. Also, he didn't follow through on what he quoted me b/c he ran into more work then what he expected. From all appearances it seems the "more work" came from them mistakenly cutting the door way too big and then having to fix some of that mess up. We have 3 kids 3 and under and we really needed the help and we didn't want to worry about finishing someone else's work especially after we paid them to do it.

Excellent. The price was fair, he was very professional, and did an excellent job.
