Convenience and price.

I go there regularly it's convenient to my home, their reasonably if you have the grismer card if you don't then it's more expensive than I want to say.

These are the nicest people in the world.  I had had service done by another company, and that company had "repaired" my car only to have it break down almost immediately.  I was recommended to Columbus Tire & Auto Services.  When they looked at my car, they told me that the previous shop had purposely stuffed something down into it to make it stop working.  Columbus Tire & Auto refused to take any payment for fixing it, and stated, "This is how good relationships start."  And it has been so true.  I have been going to this shop for months now and everyone is so pleasant and honest and I couldn't be more pleased with them.

I had neglected to stay on schedule for my O&F change.  I called them as soon as they opened, explained my problem and they got me in right away.  They offered to take me back home to wait.  Within an hour or so, they called me with recommendations.  The scheduled maintenance called for a tune up and fluid exchange and timing belt change.  I reassured them the timing belt had been changed.  I totally understood their explanation for why the fluids needed changed.  Nick agreed with me that it would be ok to postpone the tune up until my budget could handle it.  He told me the price for the fluid exchange and I authorized the job.
Before I knew it, they called to say it was done.  They came to pick me up at home to get my car, which I think is exceptionally good service.
I've had my car there before and have always been impressed with their honesty, professionalism, and excellent explanations of the services they do.  They are always willing to accommodate me if I need to postpone a service.  I trust them completely.
The other thing that impressed me were some unsolicited comments made by a few of their mechanics.  Each one was happy to work there because Grismer is very good to their employees.  It's exceptional to hear people speak well of their employer.  It says a whole lot about the company, in my opinion.  When people feel appreciated, they will go the extra mile, and it shows in their service.
I intend to return there for all my automotive needs.

When I arrived at 10:00 in a snow storm. The Asst. manager looked up my data on the computer and said ok have a seat. 30 minutes later, with the shop bays empty and workers standing together talking, I asked the man don't you have the tires.
He said no that when he checked they had not arrived, that the supplier was delayed due to weather.
I told him that was unsatisfactory , I was leaving and did so. It was totally unacceptable to order tires and have an appointment and the store never order, leaving the customer to wait . I will get tires elsewhere.

They were great. I have been there many times. They will give me a ride home if I don't want to stay up there while they work on it. They will then pick me up. They are very friendly.

They replaced the wires and they did not charge extra for that labor. The experience was very positive.

My Car Had A Problem Losing Power And I Found Myself In Need Of A Fuel Pump On The Weekend. I Called Several Places And The Folks Grismer Not Only Said They Could FIx It But DiD So The Same Day and At The Price Quoted. Which I Researched And Found To Be Very Reasonable.

We dropped off the car, they gave us time for pick up, called promptly when ready.

They called me with an estimate. I asked for a time-frame. They said one day. It was ready the swame day. The final cost was with-in 10% of the estimate

Very well, recommended new tires as soon as possible topped off fluids changed oil and recommended filter chane. No hard pressure very friendly.

They're very good. Their service price is very reasonable. I like their convenience to my home, as well as their promptness in service. I also like the fact that they have women in there who talk to other women. That was a real turn on for me. In addition, they have coupons that come out, and I use them. They schedule you ahead of time. When you go in, they take you immediately. They're the only people I've used.

We use them because it is close by and they are friendly. They are good about getting the work done for us.

I've used Grismer (E. Broad St. @ McNaughten) for service and repairs before. They were very accommodating in scheduling and took the time to explain the problems that they found. They gave an estimate of the cost (final cost was a little less than the estimate) and kept me advised as to the progress with the repairs. One part took longer to obtain than they originally thought, but put everything back together so I could drive the car over the weekend until they got the part. The job was completed when they said it would be.

They are always friendly and clean. They worked with my warranty to get the cost down.
