I've been dealing with them for years. You will get fantastic service and professionalism. When I go there it's always a lot of people. They're punctual, their price is good.
Before I knew it, they called to say it was done. They came to pick me up at home to get my car, which I think is exceptionally good service.
I've had my car there before and have always been impressed with their honesty, professionalism, and excellent explanations of the services they do. They are always willing to accommodate me if I need to postpone a service. I trust them completely.
The other thing that impressed me were some unsolicited comments made by a few of their mechanics. Each one was happy to work there because Grismer is very good to their employees. It's exceptional to hear people speak well of their employer. It says a whole lot about the company, in my opinion. When people feel appreciated, they will go the extra mile, and it shows in their service.
I intend to return there for all my automotive needs.
He said no that when he checked they had not arrived, that the supplier was delayed due to weather.
I told him that was unsatisfactory , I was leaving and did so. It was totally unacceptable to order tires and have an appointment and the store never order, leaving the customer to wait . I will get tires elsewhere.

I forwarded this review to our district manager and the store manager is trying to contact you to remedy this situation. We hope we can resolve this and earn your trust back as a customer."
