We were very pleased with the way the box turned out. We were very pleased with the quality of the workmanship and the design that my wife and him came up with. They have the talent to think through what might be a good approach to the design. We have used him a number of times and have always been happy with their service.

I walked into Gregg Frame Studio with general dimensions for a large encaustic piece. I had already been to two different framers in Columbus for pricing and ideas, but popped into Gregg because it was close to my home and I had read good things on Angie's List. I was happy to find the exact same molding sample I liked at one of the prior frame shops and asked for an estimate given the dimensions of the piece. I was shocked at the difference in price. Gregg was about 35% less for the exact same frame. I dropped the piece off about a week later and they promised it back in about 10-14 days. They finished on time as promised. The workmanship was excellent. They paid great attention to minimizing seams and centering the encaustic work (that is not necessarily a perfect rectangle given the varying depths of the wax). The frame turned out beautifully. I will use Gregg Frame Studio exclusively from now on.

My husband and I very much appreciate the good service we received. The selection of frames and mats available at Gregg was huge. Jamie did a great job of helping us sort through our options to arrive at a classy looking, beautiful presentation of the article. She was fun to work with, and we ended up with the perfect framed memento.

Tom has framed nearly all the prints and posters in my home over the years. He is very knowledgeable about art and how it should be framed but listens to the customer also. I have been very happy with the work he has done for me.

Everything went well and my relatives just loved the choices that we had made and the quality of the work. I have taken other things to them and also been very happy with the quality of work and friendly and helpful staff.

They told me that they needed to order special silver lining for one of them which was a military shadowbox and I told them there was no rush. They repaired the one frame after a couple of weeks and it was done well. After a month I started calling on the other two things, one of which was just a certificate that needed a matte and a frame. They kept telling me that they couldn't find the silver lining and they would call me when they did. I never heard from them once, but I continued to call regularly every two weeks. After nearly three months they told me that they would have it done by the end of the week and that they would call me. They never called me and when I called them a week later they just said they couldn't do it and I should pick both things up. THEY DIDN'T FRAME EITHER ONE! When I went in and asked what happened, he said there was no real justification for it. They just didn't do it.

I'VE USED HIM OFTEN. THEY ARE PROFESSIONALS AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE INDUSTRY. THEY ARE TRUE ARTISTS.

CHIP CARMEN WORKS FOR GREGG FRAME STUDIOS BUT IS NOT FREE LANCING ON HIS OWN. HIS WORK IS JUST EXCELLENT AND OF INCREDIBLE QUALITY. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
