"Our BBB rating and history speaks for itself: 8 years and not a single complaint! Out of the 1000's of happy customers we've served over the years, we've had maybe 3 "extra difficult clients". This particular client demanded several additional items be added that were NOT part of the signed contract and refused payment until these additional arbitrarily added items were completed. The client INSISTED on hauling the pavers (a small quantity) despite repeated attempts on our part to convince him otherwise. The plant drawing was entirely accurate. I personally walked them through the plantings and verified the placement on the rendering of each plant."
"This event occurred during Hurricane Ike, the great windstorm of 2008. We were called in for emergency disaster relief. The Member was aware that our staff was working 18 hour days pulling massive wind-toppled trees off of buildings with cranes and removing tree limbs hanging precariously over buildings. I could not have forseen this rare event prior to providing the Member with an estimate."
