Granite Tops and More

Granite Tops and More severely damaged our hardwood floors when they were delivering our granite and quartz counter tops order. The delivery men acknowledged the damage at the time, and Jogly was called immediately and sent pictures of the damage. Jogly said that the business would take care of the issue promptly. We waited several weeks for someone to come see the damage personally, and had to call more than once to ask when they were coming. They missed one appt to see the floors and were called again. I finally called the owner and he came to see the floor. He denied that the damage could have been done by the dolly used by the deliverymen. It is a new house, the damage was not there before. The owner became very upset when I continued to show him the damage, told him that Jogly received pictures the day it happened and that the deliveryman admitted to the damage. His solution was to bring the dolly back with the same amount of granite to see if he could duplicate the damage! I refused this solution. We are very angry with this outcome; we have a new house with very damaged wood floors.

Went excellent!! Worked with Jogely and he was awesome!! Very friendly and professional. Installation crew worked quickly and did awesome job!! 1.5 years later and the granite is so beautiful. It was 42.75 sq ft of high-end granite. Outstanding price and value. My wife selected the granite from StoneMart and Granite Tops & More did the rest!
