The whole team was incredible. Fantastic service, the move was quick and easy. Took sooooo much stress out of our lives. Compliments to this business - you all are doing something special here.

We hired Gr8Labor to move us from Delaware to Westerville. They quoted us 4 movers. At the scheduled time, all of the movers arrived separately and at different times. The last one came in about 20 minutes after the start. One of them had a significant smell of weed on them, obviously he had just smoked a joint and was impaired. The lead informed me that he was a few minutes late because he had to gas up the truck, which I was fine with. They did the job alright, but a 5th person showed up and just stood in our residence doing nothing. One of the movers, stopped all the time to talk about this and that. The worst part was that the drive was 20 minutes max between locations and they took over an hour to make the trip. The lead stated they stopped for gas, but they had already filled up. They took a huge break on my time. I was also taken back by the credit card processing fee... they charged me 10%. I talked with the company on multiple occasions about our experience and we didn't even get an apology or acknowledgement of issues. They eventually (after about 15 emails back and forth) offered me a discount on a future move.. not a chance.

Awful. The team was late, disorganized, ill-prepared: -flat tires on hand truck -scratched/damaged furniture -marked up walls & floors in both homes -disassembled items and then only brought one piece or didn’t keep the pieces together - still missing assembly pieces for workout equipment -missing pieces from furniture (i.e dresser pulls) -brought lamps but not lightbulbs - one lamp had a fluorescent bulb which was $16 to replace - and, only brought 2 lamps of many. -haphazard approach to what was brought (and left behind) -stacked boxes three high to unload and then lost the load - boxes fell off the ramp -boxes tossed, placed upside down -heirloom pieces broken, damaged or missing -a blanket apology was given for any broken items - wth? -careless and obvious didn’t want to do the job -trash and broken glass left in driveway We were diligent in packing, marking things and preparing for move - and, we were clear about the size of the move - it was no surprise and there is no excuse for the way the job was handled. We had to hire another company to finish job. Absolutely terrible experience and every day we unpack we find more to be ****** off about. And, after making the company aware of our dissatisfaction and experience there was no response - nothing.

When my parents were moving in with me in Ohio, we had many recommendations pouring in to go for the moving services offered by this company. My mother is a huge fan of antiques, and my parents' house has some of them. The moving services that their team provide are reliable and appreciable. Not only were all the goods safely moved, but their team also updated us about the delivery status.

These guys were great. The worked fast and took great care with my belongings. They were engaging and courteous and took the time to stack things properly for storage.

They were on time and professional.

Home was filled .with old items that were of no use, needed packers to help with packing. They were nice and patient

smooth and efficient. everyone works very well with covid restrictions and the move went smoothly and very quick. would recommend!

This is a great and reliable company. They did a good job and packed everything well. I will be recommending them to my friends and family!

The men came in and wrapped my furniture very nicely and moved it into the POD. However they did break the bridge on my entertainment center. They tried to pass it off as if it was put together incorrectly. The men just shrugged it off. When they came back to unload the furniture, again they were very pleasant. One of the men was different from the original crew. They unloaded the furniture and they put a small gouge in my brand new hardwood floor. Again they just shrugged it off. Also, my wedding ring was on a table when they came and it was gone after they left. I did file a police report.

They arrived on time, moved quickly. Finished in time. Movers were very personable and professional. Took excellent care of the furniture. Couldn't get better service for the price! I would definitely use this service again. This is an EXCELLENT service and company!!!

They were very good. It was excellent. They showed up on time, the owner/operator is actually part of the team, and they obviously done this many times before because he and his partner came in, assessed what needed to be moved and they kind of organized it as they were looking at it which pieces they wanted to take down to the truck and put them where. It was just a very smooth operation for the hours that had. I was very impressed and I would definitely use them again. I chose them because their price was at the lower end, gave them a call, and they sounded like a reasonable operation,so I gave them a shot.

It was very pleasant. They were on time and quickly took inventory of what needed to be moved. They worked hard throughout the time they were at both residences. They were priced very fairly. Owner operator Michael was on site.
