WHEN I PICKED UP MY DOG, HIS NECK WAS BLEEDING. I TOOK HIM TO THE VET AND THEY DISCOVERED 12 PUNCTURE WOUNDS FROM A COLLAR IT HAD BEEN WEARING TO TRAIN IT.
