 + -1 moreBEYOND GREAT. JUDY DID A FANTASTIC JOB ON THE VCR BUT MORE INFORMATION WAS HER FRIENDLINESS & WILLINGNESS TO GO OUT OF HER WAY TO FIX THE "ENTIRE" PROBLEM. HER MOM & DAD SERVE AS A DELIVERY/DROP OFF/PICK UP POINT & THEY TOO MADE THIS A VERY EASY REPAIR.
