Went great, replaced the glass in all 3 windows. Very professional to work with.

I contacted the company and within 12 hours had a comprehensive quote back via email, including all the informatoin I requested.  It was professional & obviously written by a nice person who understands client needs & endeavors to meet them.  The quote for the two pieces of glass (11.5 X 30 inches) was $40 each, which was double what two other providers quoted me.  While I may not use them for this project, I will gladly call them in the future for competitive bids.

They did an excellent job and I was very pleased with the experience

They arranged to come in a reasonable time frame, showed up on time, did their magic, and charged (what I thought was) a fair price.

Showed up on time, set up shop outside, looked at the two windows, took out old panes, put in new panes and glazing, put everything back together and cleaned up after themselves. Took about an hour and went about their work quietly and efficiently.

Glassworks came out to evaluate the job, took measurements and then sent the measurements to the office. After a few days they contacted me with a price for the replacement. I paid for half the job up front and then waited for the window. It took over a week but they called when the window was ready. Due to my schedule we waited an additional week for the install. Glassworks arrived in the specified time period and replaced the window. They were very professional and courteous. No issues with the service at all and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Mirror on floor-style jewelry chest was broken (received as a gift and was unable to return). Called Glassworks Plus due to close proximity to home - did not receive any other estimates so not sure if the price was competative. It seemed a bit high to me but I was happy they could do the work the same day I called as I did take them the unit to them. They had it complete within the hour which involved removing the back of the unit which was held in by many many little screws, replacing the mirror which was approximately 4 feet by 1 1/2 feet, and putting the back on.

They were very good. I chose them because they were cheaper than the other two things that I considered; it was a noticeable difference. Nothing really stands out as great, but I would give them a strong B.

The Columbus SWAT Team Took out the windows in my rental. They were really good at it too. So I needed a bunch of new replacement insulated window glass. I called around and received several estimates. I thought I needed a front door too, which I did not, but Glassworks was recommended. They did the estimate and were the lowest. Once the replacement windows arrived, as scheduled, they were installed professionally and we had nothing to clean up. Would highly recommend them.

Our initial impression was one of caring people with a human touch, who were sympathetic to the position we were in. That alone endeared them to me. But as we got into the work, the good impression was verified at every turn. They were easy to contact, reliable about keeping appointments and returning calls, the people we worked with were courteous and honest, they took the time to explain things in detail, and when the unit turned out to be defective, they stepped right up to the plate. this in spite of the fact that they do not get reimbursement for their labor charges from the company that delivered the defective door. They absorbed the loss themselves, and I only know this because I asked. I would recommend this company to anybody. They're good people, doing good work.

I used this company to replace several glass windows in my great room in 1998. At that time I thought the price was reasonable and the service was good. This time, the service was good but the price seemed rather high. Still, I used this company this time because I used them in the past and I only had one window to replace and I didn't feel like shopping around for estimates. The window was delivered and installed in less than 2 weeks.

I chose the company based on ratings by other customers and was pleased. The company lived up to its A rating. The service provider came to my home that very day. Unfortunately I was about 20 minutes late to the appointment but the provider stayed and waited for me, saving me from having tot reschedule. He was courteous and professional. The work was completed on time, the glass was good quality and installed correctly. I'll definitely call them again.

They have always been on time and professional. Usually they fix the problem by a lot less work and money than we expect. Will call them again.

I needed to have a broken double-pane window in my home replaced. I was at work when my daughter called from home to tell me about the window, so I looked in the phone book near my home. I called Glassworks Plus, and the gal I spoke with said there was a repairman nearby; she said she'd contact him and have him come to my house next, in order to board up the broken window and measure for a replacement window. By the time I made the half-hour trip from work to home, the man had already been there, cleaned the broken glass away from the window frame, measured, and gone. Just a few minutes after that, Glassworks called me and told me that for security purposes, the repairman would be coming back with a temporary single-pane window rather than just boarding it up. Less than an hour after that, the repairman came back and installed the temporary window, and told me the new double-pane window would be ready in about 10 days. He said they'd call me when it was ready. Exactly ten days later I received the call telling me that my window was ready. I made an appointment for a few days later for the new window to be installed. The repairman arrived within the scheduled time period and the job was done quickly, efficiently, and very neatly; he even took the time to clean the new glass on both sides. I am very impressed with the courtesy, consideration and professionalism of the employees there, and would definitely call upon their services in the future.
